The spa style bath tub which was the markup amenity for the room, did not work at all. So I paid extra for something that did not work. Check your spa tub immediately when you go into the room. Don’t test it right as you’re about to take a bath…

The lady at the front counter was awesome! Ended up talking for a bit before i got to my room! Made me feel super welcome and my dogs absolutely loved her!

Loved the hot tub room on the river, great little back porch for morning coffee and geese watching. Will be back

None of the rooms were clean and ready to check in time. While I was checking in in the lobby, multiple people came in that said when they were given their room key and went inside, they were still dirty with other peoples belongings in there. I asked the staff to show me a couple of rooms before I checked in because of this, and when we entered the rooms, one had construction equipment in it, one had severely bubbled up carpet with stains everywhere, one the white sheets and pillows weren’t even white they were brown or gray stained. I went back to the lobby and canceled my reservation so I could go somewhere else and while I was in the lobby, another customer came in because they found bugs in their couch. This property is very poorly taken care of, and I do not suggest staying here, especially if you have a family.

Good location good price good food nearby, I would go again

Good location, however the property is old and falling apart. We had stains on our walls and floor. Holes in walls. Ran out of toilet paper day 1, no back up rolls. Towels were old and stained. Just not what it used to be.

Homeless person at rear of property. We were told they world encourage him to move on.....

So many stains on the carpet gives a not clean feel once you walked in. The little spider and other dead nats on the bathroom counters also gave a when did they clean this room last feel.

Our room looked like it had puke stains all over the carpet and like it freshly happened. Every thing in our room was outdated and not cleaned properly

The rooms, facilities, etc. need some serious TLC. The celing in our room was water damaged and the plaster was cracked and peeling right above the door to the room. On the other hand the staff were friendly and helpful, but not overly friendly, and the new hotel restaurant (an indian restaurant) was really excellent and very reasonably priced for their dinner buffet. This place would be really incredible if they could get everything repaired.

Room cleanliness wasn’t great. We found spiders and a bug in the bathroom. No towels were provided besides two small hand towels. When we asked for towels at the front desk, they acted surprised to hear this. However we hear other guests ask for towels as well. Plus other reviews show this is a regular occurrence. The shower had hair and the previous guests’ soap still.

Sheets were stained and there were spiders in the room. No cups for coffee.

Spent $500 on two nights. The room was disgusting. Sheets dirty, old food from previous stay in fridge. The room infested with spiders I killed over 15 large spiders. Very dated and just overall dirty. I’m glad all I did was have to sleep there. But also barely slept due to conditions and making sure kids would not wake up with a spider bite.

This was a joke. The room was spacious, as described for a King Suite with Kitchenette, but here were no towels. I called down, stating as much and requested some, which never came. We went to dinner without so much as a washcloth to wipe our hands on, wehn we hadhoped for a shower. When we got back and stopped at forn tdesk, they gave us a plastic bag with 2 awful towels and 2 handtwoels, no washcloth or floor mat. The towels were gross, thin, dingy, scratchy. As for the kitchenette, it was nice enough, but didnt have so much as a plastic cup for the coffeemaker. There was one saucepan and lid, and that was it. no utensils, no plates, no cups, no napkins. What a joke. Awful and not even a sincere apology for any of this. Hard Pass.

In general the property is dated and poorly maintained. Our room still had trash in it from previous guests. TV would flicker and die. Staff had trouble checking us in. First they gave us keys to a room with other guests already in it and then the replacement room had not been cleaned. The room we ended up staying had comfortable beds and good water pressure but those were the only perks.

The room was the worst I've had in 15 years. Overly deodorized, the smell was gagging. The carpet was damp and gooey, no art on any wall. Crappy furniture. Yikes. We asked for another room and was denied.

This place could be so cool the way its set up, kind of like big cabins on the river, but it needs some maintenence and a little remodeling for sure. Rooms could definitely use some updating and thoroughly cleaned! We had zero towels in our room and then were only given 2 bath towels when I went to get them. Went to use the ice bucket and it had a beer can and popcorn in it and the lid looked almost moldy.

Had to stay on the third floor with an Alter-Abled 4A parent, asked for any type of room change, and none were offered. It would have been fine if there was an escalator, but just a stairwell with a ripped carpet on the first level

Extremely dirty. Should be investigated as a crime scene. Nasty.

When we got into our room, there was a used loofah and a half-empty body wash bottle in the shower, indicating the tub had not been cleaned between guests. There were 4 towels in total in the bathroom - 1 was damp and 1 had a large brown streak across it. Again indicating the bathroom wasn’t cleaned between stays. The shower curtain liner was black with mold so much we didn’t even touch it, just showered with the liner open. DISGUSTING oversight. The room had old, stained carpet that made the entire room feel of stale cigarette smoke. The furniture was dusty, and there were big cobwebs in every corner. We would never stay here again.
