Staybridge Suites ALLENTOWN WEST by IHG, an IHG Hotel

I enjoyed my overall stay and would definitely stay there going forward.

We stayed here to visit our son and I would most definitely stay here again. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and accommodating for whatever your needs are. The complementary breakfast was nice and clean and had plenty of options to choose from. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The property is beautiful, our room was big and nice, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with our family of 3 plus Labrador. Pet fee was charged upon arrival and not part of the cost. It was worth the cost. Bed was comfortable. Daughter enjoyed using the indoor pool. We would stay there again.

Room is very outdated and dirty. The 6 person suite have 2 double bed and a single sofa bed. It can barely fit 5 people.

The bathroom was dirty. There was about a 4 inch edge around the bathroom that had powder on it where the mop had failed to clean. Also, there was garbage under the sofa and Q-tips in the sofa

We had a wonderful stay. It was very nice to have a living area and kitchen. It was nice to have a convenient parking lot to park in after our last hotels. We walked to the diner for dinner which was just a .1 mile walk. Everything was perfect!

Clean, comfortable and all of the room utilities and appliances worked as expected. Could have had one lamp with a brighter lightbulb for better reading. Had to rely on window light to avoid eye strain.

Convenient to Dorney Park.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for about 7 days. Everything looked orderly and well supplied. Some areas could have been dusted and/or vacuumed such as under the sofa bed. The receptionists were very friendly and the breakfast provided on a daily basis was good. It is a convenient stay due to it's location and I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a short stay.
