Employees have exceptional customer service. Rooms are always clean and cozy. Amenities are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Huge kudos to all the staff and management for continued efforts. My family and I have been coming to this location for 6 years and it never disappoints. Hospitality nowadays goes SUCH a long way. All employees are so welcoming and accomodating. Breakfast buffet is hands down the best we have experienced in all of our travels. Well worth every hard earned penny.

We checked in on Jan 2 and there were gingerbread decorations and a hot chocolate station in the main entrance. Our kids were over the moon.
The pool was very clean and the water was very warm. It opened late so we were able to use it after dinner. Another pleasant surprise was the free laundry facility. We didn't need it this time but it would come in handy for longer stays.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We would come back again in the future.

Staff was friendly but somewhat unhelpful. Room was clean but the bathroom door didn't close and the hinges on the bathroom door were obnoxiously loud. We paid for a room for three people but the room didn't have bedding for the pull out bed. I had to go to the front desk twice and still didn't end up with proper bedding.

My bed had ceumbs on it and the outside seating area was dusty snd mon sonw as picking up cigarete filters off the table so it hasent been cleaned in a long time also the halways smely like burning electric near the elevator and my room was right next to the elevator so it kept waking me up

We were on the third floor. While our room was very clean there had been a burst pipe in the fourth floor from a sewer or toilet line which. Dripped down into the third floor hall- smelling the entire floor up of raw sewage. The smell did come into our room. Not pleasant.
