So convenient for supermarkets shopping and go fitness . The only disadvantage is little noise from the upstairs.

Front desk staff was helpful for early check in and late check out. She's very hard working too.

Nice place to stay

It was too noisy. You could hear the Hits on the walls late night.

This was my first time at this property. Very clean hotel. Amenities are very important to me, and there’s literally everything here. You won’t have to leave unless you want to. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I will be returning again for another stay. I hope everything remains the same, unless they upgrade. Thank you!

Great room at a great price. Love the basketball court. Ive stayed here many times and always enjoy it. I have stayed at other staybridge hotels but i like this one the most

We stay here often. Daughter is at UT Dallas and this hotel is right around the corner from campus. They have breakfast which is great! Having a small kitchen with a mid sized fridge is also a bonus when traveling to Dallas.

We frequently stay at this location for the excellent service we receive.

The location is great, the bed was very comfortable. My issue was that it was a suite with a kitchen, but there werent any cleaning supplies there. We had to buy dish soap, sponges, etc. We had to ask for a skillet to cook with. All those things should be in the room already. Also the water pressure was very low in the shower.

Super convenient location to UTD campus, safe and quiet area, breakfast is high quality, facility is super clean

I thought when i booked the room it was for two queen beds but it was actual two full beds. As well as the fact my spouse forgetting her wedding ring. We came back not even 15min later after check out and they lied about not seeing the ring or knowing its were about after my spouse checked herself. Just to bring it to her not even a minute after being upset and wanting to escalate matters.Nonetheless breakfast was not worth anything only thing convenient was the location of the hotel.

There was a mix up with our room at check in, I can’t remember her name but check in Friday May 9th around 9 pm. She called her manager and made sure that my family was comfortable. Thank you so much!! Awesome job!

I love the suites

The room was amazing and the bed and sheets so comfortable. Service was great! We called for an extra blanket and they were at our door in less than 5 minutes. The free breakfast had all kinds of options and was delicious. I will definitely stay here again
