年末年始を家族5人で利用させていただきました。到着初日は初めての滞在かつ夜だったのでよく分からなかったのですが、日に日に立地の良さや公共交通機関が利用出来るようになり、暮らしているように滞在出来ました。 マディソンスクエアガーデンやタイムズスクエアまでは徒歩10分圏内で、深夜まで開いてる食料品店もそこそこあり、セブンイレブンも近く、とても便利でした。となりの32stはコリアンタウンで飲食店などかなり賑わっています。 Studiosは年末年始だったからか、たくさんの旅行者が滞在していました。 それぞれのユニットで管理が違うみたいで、何かあったらreception1〜6に(私達は6)、不在な場合はここのメッセージに送信したら、連絡が来て対応との事でした。メッセージの応対も早かったです。 ドアに滞在中の注意事項がかかれていて、タオルやリネン類の交換や諸々が書かれていました。 人数分の食器類他ユニットによって違うのかもしれませんが人数分の電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、ドライヤー、アイロン&アイロン台があり良かったです。 洗濯は1階で24時間利用出来、販売機で10$カードを買い、洗濯4$乾燥4$⁉︎ ホテルとは違うキッチンを使う滞在型で、この立地は本当に良かったです。

It's a great option for a short stay. The location is within walking distance to many tourist attractions, restaurants, groceries etc there isn't much space to unpack so you live out of a suitcase for a the duration of your stay which was fine with me

Not enough tissue paper was provided for our 6 day stay. There was a mouse running down the hallway. Elevators were used by the cleaners and their buggies to use. It was very cramped. The location was amazing. Everything was so close.

Lots of communication and the property was fine. Recommend more for a longer tourist stay than an overnight work trip. There was no wifi despite this being in the description. $7 left luggage fee—be warned! You will be asked to take out your trash, wash dishes, and clean up in the bathroom before checking out.

Great location in Manhattan. The property was pretty basic. Beds comfortable enough. I asked for toilet paper through hotels messaging and it didn’t come until I realized there was a reception room, nobody was ever there, but I was able to call and get a cleaning person to deliver supplies. Shower has great water pressure, but takes forever for the hot water to come.

I rarely write reviews, but I wish someone would’ve written this review, and that’s why I’m taking the time to do so. Pros: - the location is fantastic Cons: - you have to pay for more towels, and the towels were thin and flimsy. -laundry is super inconvenient and expensive. -communication was slow and unhelpful. -the room is TINY. -the outside of the refrigerator was filthy. -our shower and sink kept clogging up. -definitely not worth the money for the price we were charged.

I liked how there was 24 hours front desk.great location too with excellent transport links if needed.Two minute walk to Maddison Square Garden and Empire State Building.We are a family of Five and found it spacious enough because we were hardly there and it was ideal for us.We loved every minute of our stay and there were no negatives,we’ll definitely stay there again if we visit New York in future.

We really enjoyed our time there. It's really close to many interesting places. The atention was really good. I'd recommend it! The only thing I think they should pay atention is the clean of the space.

This property is really closed to alot of the attraction by walking it took me 5 minutes to get to times square. For the museum it is far. But i love to walk. the central park was 3 miles about 20 min walking, the studio was nice and cozy, the only thing i didn't like was that it will not be like a hotel, you have to ask for clean towels upon request for $50 more if you want to check in earlier or stay later on check out also $50 , for them to clean the room they also charge.but if you keep everything nice you don't really need it.
