Sunnyside Studio on Green Lake

This is a nice studio at a convenient location. 5-10min walk to the swimming deck in the green lake park. Very quiet neighborhood.

We all know things happen out of our control however, this situation was handled completely wrong! We paid for 4 nights in full. After paying that, The next day we get hit with a deposit, then Shortly after that another invoice for dog & cleaning deposit. The total was crazy after all these other fees, but they’re deposits, we know we will get them back. Unfortunately for us, there was a “GLITCH” in the system that said dogs WERE allowed. This was not the case! The owner waited for us to return from dinner on our first night there, watching us through her cameras & told us she loved dogs, but they were not allowed. I received an email asking us to vacate the property the next day. After traveling over three thousand miles, we just needed a place to rest for a few days. We had to pack up all our belongings & try to find a place to go mid day in traffic. Trying to get a refund still hasn’t been resolved. For the pet & cleaning deposit they didn’t return all of it & refuse to return the main deposit. The property management company was completely unprofessional just like the owner of the house. We were told by the booking agent that they refused the full refund & deposit. We got a partial refund for our service dogs, but not the initial deposit. A refund for the following nights was returned, but staying ONE night there cost us hundreds with all the extras they kept. This “glitch” was not our fault & should’ve been handled differently!

Nice property within walking distance to Green Lake. Emaculately clean. Easy check-in.

Property had great amenities and close to great areas that were walkable or reasonable drives. Would definitely recommend.

What a hidden gem! Great location - short walk to beautiful Green Lake, shops and restaurants. Owner is very responsive and communicative. Place is very clean and has all the amenities of a cozy home.

Pros: Great location by Green Lake & quiet/safe neighborhood. Quick (10 min.) walk to Greenlake shops/cafes. Parking available in neighborhood, but not immediately in front house. Studio very nicely designed. Cons:Bed was NOT comfortable (uneven/hard foam). 2 keypads at entry gate & door difficult to see/use at night because no illumination. (So if you don’t have charged phone w/ flashlight available, you can’t see/use keypad #s to get inside!)

great host! Very new and clean property with easy access to public transportation.

We were in town for family so we had no time to visit amenities in the area. Loved our unit.

If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, easy place to stay then Sunnyside is perfect. We enjoyed our stay here - the apartment was really clean, great amenities, easy check-in/out, and located on a quiet street with easy parking. We would definitely stay here again.

No working AC, no fans, could only slide a very small window open for air- however, no screens, so lots of mosquitos. The gate to the property didn’t close. Property made aware of issues upon check in. No attempts to resolve. No AC with 83 degrees out!

Amazing property! Located in a great neighborhood! Local dining options right around the corner! Amazing park down the road and you can even walk the park to the zoo!

It was a great place to stay! Beautiful area, gorgeous place to walk, and quiet. The place was very clean. Vince was great to work with!

Stayed overnight for a small getaway, but would be nice for a longer stay as well as they provide all the essentials needed. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back again!
