We have stayed here for the last two years for Jeep Invasion and we made out reservations again here for the third year. Staff is great and very friendly.

Perfect stay for our weekend! Room was very comfortable, just needed some air freshener for some mustiness. Beds and pillows were as comfy as an expensive hotel. Shower was perfect with a large shower head. Only issue was not being able to extend our stay through hotels.com. It was still affordable to add the night before Labor Day ($72 with taxes and fees). We would stay here again for sure!

I liked the convenience of being able to walk to stores or drive to stores close by. I loved having a swimming pool with few people and everyone staff and other people staying at the motel were very nice.

It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.

First room smelled bad like smoke and something else pretty bad .... Not to mention the room itself was absolutely terrible .... 2nd room not as bad but every night smells like someone smoking below or above ... The worst part I ended up with bug bites all over my arms face and back ... I checked out 2 days early

2025 review - i've stayed before with good experiences, but this has gone downhill since then I guess. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke so bad that it stank up our clothes. I messaged the hotel complaining and said if it couldn't air out we would have to leave. Nothing changed, we checked out a night early and were denied a refund for the night we didn't stay.
Wouldn't stay again, wouldn't recommend you stay here if you value an actually smoke-free room. Go elsewhere.

Seems more residential than a motel. Many people on the balcony smoking and meetings going on in the parking lot. Shower curtain and toilet paper holders falling out of the wall. A/C, fridge and microwave worked well. Vending machines were empty. Not enough parking.

The pictures online of this hotel did not look like anything like the actual site. The beds were very uncomfortable. No blankets, just the thin cover used for decor. No coffee pot in the room. The coffee in the lobby was old with no sweetener options. The toilet paper holder was missing, so the paper was stuck on the side of the the rack. Old, outdated decor. Due to my mother being disabled and the elevator out of order, I was not able to have the river view room I booked. Very little parking available.

The river side view was extra and it was not even on the river side it was like a side view that was not worth the extra money because all the rooms had a side view of the river our room was nonsmoking but everybody was smoking outside the rooms and the the smoke smell was coming through the ac unit so our room still smelt like smoke !

The bed was average type and the comfort was OK. The toilet roll holder kept falling off. The staff was friendly.. It was a good value for the price. I was not expecting an luxury room for the price I paid, it was a place to sleep.

Everything was great except the elevator was broken and I was on the 3rd floor. 3 flights of stairs in 95* heat was rough but otherwise it was very clean and a nice place to stay.
