Sketchy area, quite overpriced for the location. However, the inside was nice.

Next to us people were very noisy cannot sleep well. But other than that it was a decent stay.

Room was clean.

My tv wasn’t working nor was my outlets no way to charge my phone with no power in my room. I went to front desk to ask to change my room due to no tv & ALL outlets not working, they said NO, i asked for an extension cord so i can charge my phone from the hallway outlet they said they “i don’t know what is an extension cord” horrible service never would i book a room in this hotel again!! Terrible service!!

Great place to book a room. Housekeeping done when you check out. Deposit given when you check in and if your room stays in good condition you get your deposit back when you check out. There are also a lot of places around the hotel to visit and a subway ride will take you anywhere you want to go in the city. I would highly recommend staying here as the room cost is very affordable.

Die Unterkunft war o.k. Wasserkocher für Tee oder Kaffee hat im Zimmer gefehlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist jedoch sehr schmutzig und laut.

The bed was comfy and it seemed clean from the exterior. I was too tired to switch rooms so I just stayed put since it was only for one night. Toilet would not flush, shower had no hot water, and I noticed that someone’s false lashes were stuck to the bottom of the phone in the room. I wouldn’t recommend if you are staying longer than a day or so.

I never checked in they could not find my booking… Expedia is not responding

No parking the young lady didn't know the rules as far as the parking it claims it a no smoking hotel. That not true cause both the front desk clerks and security smoking in lobby he very unprofessional claim he security but look like a hoodlum with a security guard jacket on no uniform pants hanging of his butt how do u have that look repsenting your company its sad never saw the management not once i had to ask a question he or she never came

the bed is not very comfortable

Very kind service provided by the front desk lady. Clean and comfortable stay. Very accommodating to customers money and quick process to check-in. By far one of the most wonderful hotels I have ever stayed at.

Very friendly front staff lady. Checked in after check in time , and lady was very nice . Tv and plugs in my room didnt work and she got me a new room in a very timely manner

I have to give credit where it is due, and that is for effort. The owners have obviously invested heavily in the property, which appears to me to be a victim of its surroundings. The room had recently been completely redone, and everything worked. But I found it hard to sleep. The occupant if the next room played a TV show very loud at 1:30 in the morning, and there was a diesel engine somewhere outside that kept starting and stopping all the time, sounded like a garbage truck or construction equipment. So, I switched the vent fan on all the time to soak up the irregular noises and used ear plugs. The price was very reasonable, and it was located 10-15 blocks from a number of transit stops.

I never checked in and i protected my purchase and was not refunded i will be posting and reporting this

I forgot my diamond earring and I called back to get it and they said they didn't find it when I know I left it there. That's not feared that I lost my 20 years old pure gold and diamond and I couldn't get it back because they kept it. I am sorry to say they kept it because I called them to go back and get it and they call me back to tell me that they couldn't find it almost 2 hours after. That was horrible. Just because of that I would never stay there again.

Hotel was great a little noise it NYC CITY I DEFINITELY EXPECT IT TO ME QUIET THE CITY THAT NEVER SLEEP ROOM CLEAN HOTEL NEW PARKING AFTER 9 YOU CAN GET A FEW PARKING IN FRONT THE HOTEL SO BEST PULL UP EARLY OK PROBLEM SHOWER CURTAIN TO SHORT NO MICROWAVE ALSO THEY NEED TO HAVE CUP AND ICE MAKER BUT A GREAT HOTEL WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN
