The location, staff, pool, and restaurant were all wonderful. Right on the water and a stones throw from the beach. The pool room we stayed in could use a little TLC, but overall a very nice stay.

Great vibe & staff. Walking distance to nightlife. Great pier.

They need to get their outside lights working. It was too dark when walking with my dog after dark. It was a quiet location and they were very friendly.

Pet friendly. Friendly staff.

Best place to stay in Dewey! staff including front desk, general manager, cleaning crew & maintenance are the best! Location. Walkable to everything, sparkling clean, & fun super chill guests ! Worried thar this review will make it harder for me to book stay! Yikes

I spent three nights at this hotel with my wife and 3 year old son. We tried to make the best of it because of the great service and the convenient location, but ultimately we were disappointed with the condition of our room. It was a poolside king efficiency on the first floor. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and the stove was dirty. Some of the tiles around the front door were missing or cracked. The sliding glass door facing the pool did not lock well and the rod that was available to secure it was incredibly difficult to adjust. We booked our room because the hotel had great ratings, but our room in particular left a lot to be desired. It got to the point where my wife was actually uncomfortable unpacking. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Pros: The bay view is absolutely unmatched in beauty! It's so nice to have sunset view right from your room. The beds were surprisingly comfy and the comforters were soft and fluffy. The kitchenette was incredibly convenient. The shower was hot and the water pressure excellent. My pup loved it too! The $150-175 pet fee was a bit steep but worth it. Parking was $19/day Cons: The TVs were outdated so we couldn't hook up our gaming system or laptop, which was my only issue with it. Sometimes after a day in the sun I like to stream Netflix or emulate some retro video games. I think this is the only con!

We had a great stay. The room was nice and clean, staff checking us in was very friendly and informative, and great location to the bay, beach and restaurants. Will return!

The staff was amazing. They were the only reason i didn’t complain. They charged over $750 for one night and the room wasnt golden.

I didn’t appreciate being charged $16 to park my car in the parking lot. This is a basic motel and the nights stay was $260 for a motel room. The parking fee was petty. Charge people to park there that do not have rooms. I am paying to stay there and to hit me with a charge to park was exploitative.

As a long time customer i was deeply disappointed that they started charging for parking. This definitely seem like a money grab.

This property is NO resort! It is a rundown motel! Do not believe what they say about having kayaks and paddle boards. That is a separate business run on their property and charges ypu extra for everything. They don’t even clean your room or provide you with shower soap. It’s a dive that charges a king’s ransom!

Very much enjoyed our stay

We’ve stayed for years. Generally have liked. Cost went way up several years ago. They said they would remodel. The bathroom was totally ghetto. Filthy base boards covered by a thin white plastic strip in an effort to conceal years of neglect. When ceiling fan was switched in, the entire unit popped off and dangled. Comical if not paying $500 for that night. No maid service in two days other than a fresh towel dropped off.

The beds were very comfortable and clean. The room itself is a little dated and falling into disrepair, but that's expected with age. A lot of places to walk to, the beach is about a 5 minute walk which is not bad.

Awesome views of the bay from our room, as well as just enough area for our kids to run around and play. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, a little outdated, but everything was clean and worked as it should. Overall our family really enjoyed our stay!
