El hotel es un desastre. Los cuartos se caen a pedazos, el wifi no sirve en partes del hotel, el algunos cuartos se meten olores externos a los cuartos, el elevador se arruinaba, me han cambiado de cuarto 4 veces en un solo dia por todos estos problemas. Terrible experiencia, lo unico bueno es el servicio al cliente de la mayoria del personal.

Hotel in terrible condition. I don't mind old, if it is maintained. Just too many things in very bad condition. One elevator out of three working. Hole in wall. Two lights not working. Carpet was old 10 years ago. Room safe did not work.

SURPRISE $50/NIGHT CHARGE THAT THEY CLAIM IS A "DEPOSIT" THEY'LL RETURN. FILTHY ROOMS. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This property is not even safe. Only lobby is good. Elevator, room all stinks. There were bugs in the bathroom. Not sure if room service people are cleaning the bathrooms They charge resort fee but there is not breakfast, no gym, no bell services, no work area. We booked room for 4 adult they gave us bunk bed which was unsafe.

Unfortunately the hotel was way below the standards we would accept. The room was small, bathroom was old and dated, the shower handle fell of when we used it. For a deluxe room it was nowhere near the quality we expected and paid for.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so friendly and the place was spotless! You’re right in the middle of Times Square (basically) with restaurants and theaters all around. Shopping was close and convenient too

Great location! The place could use some freshening up, but it was clean. The elevator was horribly slow so make sure if you are catching the bus/subway you take into account the slowness of the elevator.

Hotel is well located in the centre of New York. I think it may be just because it’s the city that never sleeps. But good luck sleeping in this place. Horns, loud music from cars, fire engines all night long. The windows need to be better protected from the sound outside. I advise staying in one of the rooms away from the Main Street if staying. The lofts in the priority took a while to come down and only 1 is fit for more than 4 people. I think one was down for maintenance which never helped. The luggage storage was an additional $5 each case. Which isn’t much but just seems pointless.

Just wasn’t what was expected

The property is poorly maintained. The room had no safety latch. The ironing board was broken. The room is small. One of the 3 elevators was broken.

Staff was great and the hotel is in a great location!! We were on floor 2 so we decided to take the stairs, they were extremely dirty!!!! Bedroom was also not super clean, it had some stains on the bed frame.

The hotel was dirty the elevators always took too long to operate which became frustrating and most of the staff never really prepare for guests

Really dirty bedding and table, and furnitures in bad condition. Lots of bugs. Narrow place. Old elevator.

Close to Times Square

Old, it smells, and outdated. When leaving the guy that handles their taxi service quoted me a flat fee but when the ride was over it was clear it was no way near a flat fee, scam!
