We denken dat deze accommodatie gerund wordt door een malafide eigenaar. Bij aankomst (de tijd hadden we van tevoren nog doorgegeven) was er niemand aanwezig. Telefonisch contact lukte niet. We troffen een man die daar verbleef en de plaats omschreef als 'a place like hell, you don't want to stay here'. Hij heeft ook voor ons geprobeerd de eigenaar te bereiken, zonder succes. Met zijn hulp hebben we uiteindelijk een ander hotel gevonden. Eenmaal daar aangekomen, kreeg ik een sms van Justice Towers met de vraag of we nog zouden inchecken. De eigenaar beweerde dat zijn hostess de hele dag op ons had ziten wachten, wat dus aantoonbaar onjuist was. Expedia, haal dit adres van jullie site, en indien mogelijk, voorkom dat het geld van mijn rekening wordt geind. Gebeurt dat toch, dan laat ik het door mijn bank terugboeken.

This property isn’t as advertised and the managers policies and practices are untraditional and suspicious. They require photos of your debit card and identification and store those photos without deletion as to our requests. I am interested in an investigation of this practice.

Unfortunately we never got to stay at the Towers as we couldn’t gain access after our late flight and had to stay elsewhere!

If you are expecting a typical hotel room, this isn't it. You get what you pay for. The rooms are cheap for a reason. The shared bathroom is down the hall, the rooms are small and there is no front desk or lobby. Check in is strange as well - you can only check in from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, and all communication is done by text message. That said, the person who does check you in is very nice. But, if you want space, forget about it. In the room I stayed in, the bed was probably 5 feet long with a wall on each end. Will be uncomfortable for just about every adult man. Large folks will have issues using the bathroom as well. Just be warned. If all you are looking for is just a cheap place to sleep and don't care about amenities, then book there and save the money. But, don't expect much aside from a bed, a couch and a TV in a room you won't want to hang out in.

There is No Hot Water, cockroach are there, bathroom slide door was not working. upper bed was shaking not safe to sleep. only one key when more than 1 family staying its very difficult.

It’s terrible for that type of advertisement to be like that place of an hotel. They’ve lied

This is the first time I stay at guest house.Host, Ms. Kay is very nice person.She is kindness to take care my trip in NY. Next time I visit NY, I would like to stay here again

They canceled my reservation without notifying me. Couldn’t check in. Want full refund They wanted my credit card’s image. And said they will charge more because they don’t have doscount. Very rude suspicious and unprofessional.
