Very nice hotel.

Overpriced, hairdryer does not work, dark rooms , lighting terrible, can’t hardly see to put make up on requested mirror they have certain number and were out !

Staff were super nice and provided anything we asked for promptly. Rooms were well sized for the area and the renovated look is great.

The sheets and linens where the cleanest and most fresh of any hotel I have stayed at!

Great place with very nice people

This hotel is old dated property and they will charge you an amenity fee on top of the rent with full disclosure at the time of booking. There may be fraudulent charge for using mini bar when you have not used the mini bar. The mattress was sagging, uncomfortable and carpet in hallway is well past due for replacement. The light fixtures are old and the night stand was really trash.

Comfortable and cute hotel. However not sure why they chnarge for someone to brong ice up to the room.

Room wasn’t very nice, the bathroom flooded everytime we took a shower since there was nothing but a shower curtain that was a foot off the floor. Not super clean either.

This hotel was such a sweet surprise. Super neighborhood friendly and dog friendly. We will stay here anytime we come to DC

Great hotel, huge and comfortable rooms

I love the line hotel I go there all the time. It’s always consistent. The staff is always awesome. The valet is always awesome. The rooms are always clean. We stay there all the time and will continue to do so.

The Line has a beautiful aesthetic. The dining area, bar and lounge was comfortable and welcoming. The bartenders had a wealth of knowledge about the local area. They made a few recommendations for restaurants in the area and the ones we tried were amazing.

Friendly staff. That is all.

The facility itself was beautiful. The rroom was fantastic, very clean and comfortable. Just know that it's location in Adams Morgan is great for walking, but VERY LOUD at night. During my specific stay, there was a problem with HVAC on 6th floor where I was staying, and all they said was "we are working on it, IT WAS VERY VERY HOT. No freebies or partial refund etc.... Again great overall....

Breakfast buffet needed

We booked this hotel and we're really looking forward to our stay. It was our first trip with our 6 month old. When booking, I requested a crib in the room. Once I made the reservation (months before staying, I called and made sure cribs were available. I called the morning of my flight and was told the crib was in the room. Out flight was delayed and we arrived to the hotel at 2 am to no crib. We had to wait 40 minutes for a crib, and gor a broken one. We then had to wait another 40 minutes to get a replacement. The next day our ac sent working and we were told someone would come to our room, which they never did. During our stay, these issues were not acknowledged or addressed.

It was more the restroom water got everywhere. Shower is not sealed properly. Didn’t sleep well on mattress

The hotel is beautiful, the restaurant is delicious. Staff in both the hotel and restaurant were so kind and helpful. Super walkable location. Great value for the area.
