Very nice

I recently stayed at the Peninsula Hotel, expecting a luxurious experience given the steep price of $1,500 per night. However, my expectations were met with disappointment due to several issues that should not occur at such a premium establishment. Firstly, various facilities within the room appeared outdated, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the absence of wine glasses was a noticeable oversight, considering the room's price point. I also encountered a broken drawer, which speaks to a lack of proper maintenance. More concerning was the cleanliness - the sofa was visibly dirty, and the bathroom did not meet the standard of cleanliness one would expect from a high-end hotel. These issues collectively marred what could have been an otherwise enjoyable stay. Will never book again.

Very spacious room with everything you need. Most staff are super friendly and professional. The price definitely justifies it!

酒店给我安排的是临街的房间，又碰到大雪，雪后半夜被清扫车吵醒，凌晨四点换房间。最差的体验了！以后不会考虑住这里。而且房间里面的电话也不能打国际长途，后来来人才修好的。

Our room was newly renovated to highest standards and the staff were fantastic! WEN at reception was exceptional and even arranged a Birthday cake for me free of charge. We will definitely return.

The Peninsula never lets me down,, Hong Kong, Beverly and Mahattan this time.. the experience simply surpass the cost, always.

Great hotel and the staff are very nice and kind. One thing I would change is the variety of food in the Penn top bar. Really bad. I think there is a lot of opportunity to change and improve the menu.

Needs a major upgrade in entrance, lobby & elevator. The overall standard is not in line with the other Peninsula properties even adjusting for the NYC conditions.

Epic stay

Todo el tiempo que estuvimos fuimos atendidos perfectamente bien. El personal se esmeró para que la pasáramos bien y sin duda así fue. Aveces el idioma suele ser una barrera pero todos trataron por entendernos y apoyarnos en algunos casos en que necesitamos un poco más de soporte. Quedamos encantados con todo!

Nice clean room. No any weird odor. Rooms are in high demand. We pay $1600 USD per night for two nights in middle ofJune 2025.

Absolutely first-class stay. Gorgeous property and great food. Room service especially was of exceptional quality. Booking at least a Grand Luxe room will guarantee an outside facing room overlooking 5th Ave. or 55th.

Newly refurbished the hotel is beautiful. Our room had a sitting area and the bedroom. It was comfortable for a short or longer stay. Convenient location right off 55th and 5th. You can’t go wrong
