Amazing!

Great place to stay, right next to the beach, will be back!

A great budget stay, close to the beach and a short drive downtown. Good access to main roads. Staff were lovely. 2 things which let this place down - breakfast- limited choices which were poor. I ate out. And the pool area wasn’t clean. I’d come back though as it was a great budget place to stay.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated. They said they are waiting on permits. But for the price we both agreed it was a great place to stay.

Hotel is going through some renovations, but other than that I would highly recommend staying here! Literally only about 5-10 min walk to the Pier in such a beautiful area as well! Beds were super comfy!

Friendly staff, excellent customer service. Timely and well kept. Great location, shopping, beach, restaurants, pubs, markets and convenience stores. All walking distance.

Just perfect

i made a mistake on reservation, it should have been fri and sat, instead they had us down for sat and sun. having NO more rooms available, they offered one with the AC not working and we used it for the 1st night. for saturday night, thye put us in an upstairs room, my mom is handcipped. no other rooms available. what a struggle it was helping my mom make it up the stairs!!! not a great experience. also parking on saturday night, a group used a handicap parking space for thier own party. dropped off the handicapped mom and drove to a lower level to park. told front desk that it is illegal for them to block a handicap spaced, but nothing was done.

So sad to see this place run down. Not sure if they are in the process of rehabbing the property or not but it is not at all what it was like before the pandemic.

It is an old/historic hotel that I believe is in the process of updating which it needs. Room was clean except carpets which need cleaning. Bed was comfy. It is very noisy outside due to freeway, but room was not bad. If you like the beach it is a great location.

They didn’t have any hot water on my last day and had ants all in the restroom . Very disappointed on the room quality.

The surrounding area is beautiful. Nothing is walking distance aside from the beach but a short Uber ride will take you downtown where there are some great restaurants. The staff unfortunately, a specific manager who looks like she probably has spent a little too much time on the business end of a pookie comes off as harsh and aggressive. I was double charged and then told that I wouldn’t be allowed back in my room to even retrieve my belongings without paying for a charge that I disputed on my credit card from a previous stay two months before. I had to call the police to get assistance retrieving my belongings. It was embarrassing and I wouldn’t recommend giving them access to your credit card information or your belongings!!!

The AC started to blow hot air in the middle of the night. We slep without AC

Good spot for a beach day. Quick, easy access to the beach. Good rooms with a view of the water. Breakfast was good and convenient. Very close to the ‘Screaming Eagles’ highway so very audible in all parts of the property. Property is big and has lots of parking.

This hotel was horrible. Very old and dated. The floor was peeling, the chairs were worn and torn, the sink had rust, there is no closet but instead a worn and dirty cabinet. The towels were like sandpaper and about the size of a washcloth. The bed felt like I was sleeping on plywood. The rooms are right on the freeway and the noise made it impossible to sleep. The office looks like a hold over from when the hotel was first built and the staff was quite rude.

This Hotel is under renovation, so provides the minimum of services currently. Staff were very helpful but Front Desk did not pick up when I called them from my room phone. Breakfast was adequate under present circumstances. My room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I will definately stay there again.
