Room Service非常糟糕 備品第一天就沒有補足 浴巾第二天也沒有整理乾淨 雖然有提供電子客房服務預約而且預約成功後顯示20min就會到達卻一點都不是這麼回事（根本沒有用）

Was amazing and the service spectacular

Maravilloso hotel pero raro que a un hotel Fairmont le falle el mantenimiento, una cortina del cuarto no subía y la cortina de la puerta que salía a la terraza no terminaba de subir y se atoraba en la puerta

June checked us in for The Plaza and was excellent. He was friendly and offered us a room upgrade. We ended up moving to a family suite with 2 queen beds, a sitting area and bar area with a sink and microwave. The room was spectacular. Doormen were also super friendly and bellman was helpful too. The service here is exceptional and the rooms and common areas are beautiful. Highly recommend the hotel for a luxury experience.

OMG-the absolute BEST experience staying at a hotel! It is such an iconic hotel in the heart of NYC, but what makes this beautiful place so incredibly special is the staff. They are all out of this world amazing and kind-can’t recommend this hotel enough, I will definitely be back!

Yes The Plaza's grounds are iconic but the wonderful staff & service is what makes it truely exceptional!!!

The broken glass on the suite floor was unique! As were the $3000 per night suite not being ready until nearly an hour late, the stains on the curtains and chair.. and the dust :-( we also had an unknown visitor on our terrace!!

In our opinion, the room are way overpriced for the size of the room that we got. The dining in this hotel is extremely expensive compared to anywhere else we stayed in MANHATTAN.

Nice hotel, but not worth the price IMO. Too many other nice options that cost less.

Great service

I had $50 credit for the food and beverages for each day. After I checked out the room I asked the front desk for the credits already taken care on the final bill that I received. A staff mentioned it was automatically deducted so the total amount showed was correct on the bill. I spent extra time on the review the receipt at the coffee shop but it did not applied the credit that I should received for the orders from the beverages. I had to return to the front desk and talked to the hotel manager. She simply mentioned it was mistake and gave the credit amount to the charges made. I spent more than hour to figure the issues. It was very unpleasant experiences with services and not in a good faith business with the promised charges. I highly recommend to review your charges. I am no longer interesting to stay at The Plaza in the future visiting.
