We really enjoyed the beauty of the very old building and how the current owners are striving to restore and re-envision it. Rooms are very spacious and beds comfy. The staff was very welcoming to us.

Wonderful inn in an historic building. Zakhar was very attentive via text for any of our needs and Mary Clare met us upon check in and was very nice showing us around and making sure we had anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable and in a really nice area. The historic vibe was wonderful.

Check in was smooth and site was communicative leading up to our reservation. Site was clean and adequately appointed. Yoga classes and cafe were a nice feature to offer guests.

This was a spectacular stay, through and through. Every interaction and experience pleasant. From top to bottom. The best in the biz, so accommodating and helpful and kind. Fell in love with Schenectady as a result. You have to have the coffee at Graham's Coffee Parlor in the main level. Also, be mindful of the work it takes to maintain such a place, and then revel in their vision and the comfort abound. Will be back. Grateful for everything. History lives here.

We stayed here on the college tour for my kid and to be quite honest I’m rooting for Union so I can stay here for visits. This place is vacation-worthy!

Such a beautiful building built in 1814! So many cool things- beautiful bar and parlor on the main floor (they should rethink the furniture though). The bar could really be something special and attract outside guests for drinks. The room is beautiful with a gorgeous fireplace. The bathroom is new with nice L’Occitane products. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. Again the furniture arrangement needs some work. They should also fix a few things that were odd- like the closet doors don’t really work and are missing glides at the floor, so they are swinging. Rooms should have a luggage stand. Wash the windows from the outside so we could better see the historic church across the street. But overall we really loved the charm and had a very comfortable stay.

Housekeeping lady was very welcoming and room was lovely and clean and good area to visit. 😃

There was no tv. No onsite staff after 8pm and we had a bug ran across the room

Room was enjoyed, took along time to cool down the room, the Air conditioner did not have great control, the fan speed was low and could not be changed

Such a unique building in a beautiful historic district. All of the staff I encountered were so kind and helpful. My room is very clean

We had concert tickets at SPAC and this was a great location for us. Ten minute drive to cute downtown area. Zakhar was wonderful! Checked in late and he was very welcoming, made the process easy. He was very responsive when we had questions or needed something. Will definitely return.
