The room was clean with a beautiful view of the bridge. The staff was nice and friendly. Although there is no onsite parking and street parking is not guaranteed, there is a parking garage on the next block. We later found out the hotel has a parking option that can be added to your booking. We would stay here again.

Expedia Group verified review

There was no parking on site as posted. Our room did not have a Keurig as posted and front desk said they were sold out so no extra Keurig was available. Room did not have towels and washcloths and the staff that came to bring them bought 1 and the reservation was for 2.

the man on reception was abrupt and not too friendly. had a small problem and he seemed fed up with being asked a question. Over all state of hotel was shabby especially caret condition. Beds very comfortable and good bathroom. would not use this hotel again

The hotel was well placed for us although the traffic was very noisy. The room was nice although the tv didn't work very well probably due to a poor signal. The main feeling was the hotel was poorly managed and could be much better if greater care was given.

Didnt like anything it was dirty and felt like a 1 star motel. I wasted my money and would like a full refund. Towels and rags were dirty and full of holes, the room was dusty and right now there's stale bread behind the bed room 319.

We stayed for one night in the junior suite. It was a horrible experience. The sofa bed was broken and junior suite was not separate bedroom which description listed on website. The front desk was rude without providing a solution

The hotel smelled like cigarettes. Took us 5 calls to reception, another 45 minutes to get an ironing board. Room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm. Call the elevator? Add another 8 minutes to your schedule.

The staff was rude (3:00 pm staff) , there was a roach in my bathroom crawling on the mirror and the shower was not clean. I’ve never experienced this the first time I stayed at the Tillary hotel, the first time was very pleasant and the room was clean.

Property is in Brooklyn kind of business area. But it is just steps from Manhattan Bridge. It is affordable beautiful small hotel. Perfectly located. Nice location. Kind and easy going staff . I highly recommend Tillary Hotel:)

Expedia Group verified review

There was no parking on site as posted. Our room did not have a Keurig as posted and front desk said they were sold out so no extra Keurig was available. Room did not have towels and washcloths and the staff that came to bring them bought 1 and the reservation was for 2.
