Front desk was really nice and friendly. We arrived very late and called, she came out to help us for checking in. Great location, but the bath was not very clean. Overall, it worth the price

It was a nice place to stay while we enjoyed the coast.

The property was not what it said . You do not have ocean views , our door to the room would not close good and was hard to close , our screen was torn . The front desk lady was very unprofessional told me that the towels I had requested multiple times would come after the other rooms were cleaned. We needed a towel asap. She made us feel very u and unwelcome

Very clean, fast & easy check in

The heater would not go off in room. The phone in room did not work. 2nd room moved to smoke detector chirping.

The staff was super nice, I appreciate they seemed to care about their job and assisting me. The room was small, but clean.

the room small awful, and not clean. The price is high, very noisy. Can't find service person. Do not book this place.

Service was excellent. Friendly and accommodating. Rooms did not have A/C and were on the small side. The rooms were a little dated, but were very clean.

Very lovely hotel and amazing staff. My only issue is that there was no room service done. I was there for 4 nights and had to ask for fresh towels every day

The room was clean and had the basics that we needed. It was quiet. Location was convenient. The building is definitely dated and rather sad-looking. No air conditioning, although a fan was provided. The toilet seat was very loose and felt like it was about to come off. Updated bedding, towels, etc. would perk things up.

Management professionally and quickly rectified a minor snafu upon check-in (a housekeeper called out sick, leaving some rooms still messy). Once moved to a clean room, everything was great - bed was comfortable, bathroom and shower were good. The rooms only have heaters, so we opened the windows for cool air. And, then, in the morning, we noticed the closet area included a column fan for us - oh, well, we'll take the cool sea air any time. Did not even consider the breakfast offered at the hotel - and did not even check it out

It was only a one night stay. It was good the shower needed more water pressure. They had a fan we plugged in but wish there was air conditioning our room was a little muggy. The staff was friendly though.

Twice when I came to check in, there was no one at the desk and the door was locked. I had to call their cell and wait for them to appear. The reception smelled very strongly of cheap airfreshner. The room smelled stale and stuffy. The room was quiet, appeared clean, and the bed was nice and firm.

No food options at the lodge. Doors were locked so the lobby was closed. Arrived at 4pm and the room was not ready. Burger King and mc Donalds is right there which is where i had to go to get coffee.
