Parking was limited but stay was great

This place was a bad idea! - The location was horrible, the neighborhood was not safe, there was too much foot traffic, and there was too much noise in the area. - There was no central air. Luckily, there was an AC unit in one of the rooms, but NY in the summertime can get HOT. - There were 2 beds, both of which were VERY uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that my back still hurts 2 days later. It felt like I was sleeping on a box. AND, the sheets were not clean and had stains on on them. - There was little to no toilet paper. We ran out of toilet paper after being in the house for 1 day. - There were only 3 towels in the entire house and no face towels. - All the soap jars had been watered down, literally. Every container that had soap (dish-washing soap, restroom soap, etc.) was a mixture of water and soap. - The BIGGEST issue - there is NO luggage storage. Luggage storage is listed as an amenity on the site, but it most certainly is NOT an amenity. The owners were not accommodating at ALL- after being kicked out at 10AM our last morning in the house, we asked the owners nicely to store our luggage (as listed on the site), but they rigidly refused. - - some pluses were: cable was great and the refrigerator and microwave worked properly. All in all, this was a bad idea. Horrible place to stay. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This house need to be removed from Expedia list. Unsafe neighborhood, house looks like 1 star hotel.

The stay is was not bad, not good. The rental was very dusty and the neighborhood wasn’t ideal. At night people are hanging out on the corner. In addition, parking can be a hassle since it’s on the street parking with alternate sides parking rules.

Everything went well have no complaints about the property

Expedia website states condo is 0.3 miles to time square. Before booking I called owner to confirm good area and close to time square. It is in ghetto, no bath towels and not what was expected. Very displeased with rental, owner and expedia Custer service. Never again!!

CONS: 1. It specified "fitness center access" but the house has 2 bedrooms & another room (small in size) where there is a treadmill & sets of dumbells, which I guess is what they consider to be the fitness center, wording could be better. 2. The AC in the queen bedroom did not work at all in either of the two outlets nearby & with or without the extension cord. 3. There is no in-room coffee machine. Theres not even coffee provided to be able to make. 4. Wifi name and password was never provided but it specified in ad: free internet access via wifi. 5. Contact person whom I spoke with (female) was not who I met in person to get keys from, apparently I spoke with wife & when I reached the house a man (husband) is who greeted me & provided me with keys to house. 6. Check out time was 10am & I was out by 10:03am. However, I wish it could have been a bit later, similar to other places where it's 11am or 12pm. PROS: 1. House is very spacious & very clean. 2. TV was working and had cable service therefore all channels were available. 3. Kitchen appliances: microwave, stove, and refrigerator were in complete perfect working order & relatively new condition. 4. Person that provided keys at location was pleasant and respectful. 4. Price was great in my opinion being it was a few days before New Years, other places prices were double what this one was available for.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Vacation Rental. It was nice to come to a warm comfortable "home" after exploring the New York Christmas Holiday Scenery! Cannot wait to book this home again!

I have already reviewed this stay, but this is a response to the owner: I paid for 3 people to stay, we only had 2 people the first night, and 3 people the 2nd night. There were not enough towels for 3 people. I am not sure how or why she would think there is more than 3 people staying there.

Convienient, and cute and lots of space !

I do want to give a good review but need to be honest. Maybe the owners can take this as constructive criticism since most items can be fixed. The good parts of this rental: lots of space, updated living room, hardwood floors and kitchenette, only 2.5 blocks from the subway. Unfortunately the mattresses ESP the one in the smaller room were horrible. You could feel the bottom of the mattress when you sat. The bathroom was not cleaned well. Lifting the dirty and rusted soap dispenser it had a ring of soap scum underneath. I ended up cleaning the bathroom before use. Thankfully there were bleach wipes. The floors were refurbished but not recently cleaned either. We had a total of 3 towels ( for 3 adults) and it took several hours to get extra. Also no working light in the 2nd bedroom, no nightstand. The neighborhood itself appeared unsafe in late hours. As two fair midwesterners we stood out uncomfortably.

Very bad experience. Bad quality products (soaps, shampoo, etc.). Air conditioned only in one room

We were taking a friend to JFK airport. This was very convenient to the airport and we were able to use the subway the previous day to go to Manhattan. It was also very spacious! Hostess was not present at agreed upon check in time, but a phone call gave us place we could get the key. I was unhappy with the cash deposit required at check in, but it worked out ok.

The apartment is really a 3-bedroom, but the smaller room is set up as a workout room. TONS of space, very clean and quiet!! close to subway. The owners are very nice and helpful easy check in/check out and they were always quick to reply via text.

Nice apartment

Check in was super fast and the owner is very nice! Gave us the wifi password and made sure we were all good after checking in. The apartment is really cute and pretty spacious for a NY apartment. The bathroom was really clean as well, which is a MUST HAVE for me! I only stayed for one night so I didn't use any of the appliances but I'm sure they worked fine. Only complaint is the window A/C unit is in one room and takes a while to cool the apartment down. The room with the unit get really cold while the rest of the apartment remains pretty hot. Overall it was a really nice stay and I would recommend it to others !
