Active smoking in parking lot. Room smelled of smoke. Burn marks on carpet.

Property staff was very bleek and not very friendly. The property was located in a great spot. Good place to stay fir the price.

There was poop from an animal on walkway to room and air conditioner was very noisy. No buffet breakfast. Elevator was not working. The room was clean but outside the room was dirty.

The place misrepresented itself on Expedia because it’s more of an apartment building with weekly rates and not for tourists. The outside aspect is run down and dirty throughout with trash. There was a heavy smoke smell outside that penetrated to the rooms. Room was clean and free from roaches- but had a broken lamp shade, broken office chair and unbalanced dresser with cardboard under the corner.

The property gave real unsafe let me hurry to my room vibes. People hanging outside of the rooms in the walkway. Loud music, smoking….not to mention the tv didn’t work in my room, no phone in the room…no desk chair…Stained bedding….thin walls I could hear everything going on next door. I couldn’t wait for the night to be over. I wouldn’t recommend.

We were given a room that smelled like cigarettes and then moved to one that smelled like weed. It was not a good experience, but the manager on duty was very nice.

The property is nice Stayed here in the past had no problems However this time not to good. Walked into the room and it smelled like dogs. Counter tops were sticky and had little red or black debris on it and didnt really look into it at the moment Took a quick ahower when we arrived and was talking to my girlfriend when i started noticing those little red or black spots on my leg and they justbso happend to be fleas. They were all over the place. Was ae to get a refund couple days after my trip. . But overall not to happy with it

Room smelled of strong marijuana and was not fully cleaned. The dishes in the kitchen and kitchen was dirty. No hot water only warm and cool. Shower and tub was broken. Bathroom sink was broken. Mismatch door knobs. Dirty and stained towels.

Way different from what was seen in the pictures 😞 The entire place was not kept up! The people next to us were making noise all night & smoking marijuana!! The smell penetrated our whole room-very disappointed with our overall experience-we checked out after 1 night & drive home-did not feel safe or comfortable at all😨

There was no ATM for petty cash. Poor Staffing. We left and came back to check in. Only one CHECK-IN Clerk and 20 folks in the small lobby. It was a NFL game that weekend and they weren't prepared for the rush. There was only noneCHECKOUT Clerk as well.

No housekeeper had to dump your own trash and they were bed bugs in the first room that we got

Proximity to the baseball field and food. People after hours partying in the parking lot. Made us as ladies feel unsafe.

The layout of the room was amazing, I was very dissatisfied because I reserved a non smoking room due to me having asthma well when we arrived to the room we were over taken by cigarette smell, i went to the front desk to complain and all they said was im sorry, and somebody would be down to spray the room well noone ever showed up. Came back home with a terrible cough. If i would of had the money to rebook another hotel room i would have.

Avoid staying at this hotel. Photos make it look nicer than it really is. This is basically an old apartment complex that was adapted to be an hotel. Rooms are old, beds are small, and they don't care that other guests smoke inside their rooms. We had this door to the room next to us, and even though it was closed you could hear all the screams and noises, and the cigarette smoke woke us up early in the morning. How is this even possible? What if I was traveling with my kids? Should anyone accept risking their children being second hand smokers while they are asleep? Really glad I was traveling with friends and not my kids. Also the safe was nowhere to be found in the room, so if you travel with valuables or cash you will likely feel very unsafe leaving them in you room. The icing of the cake: it wasn't cheap. $260 per night can get you something a lot nicer and safe about anywhere else. Bottom line, don't stay in this hotel. Just look for a Holiday Inn nearby, it will cost you about the same, and you'll be much safer.

This was a lovely place. My only critique was that our room smelled of cigarette smoke. It was not overpowering, but it was enough to notice. I also wondered if this property used to be apartments that were converted to a hotel, so it's possible that the smoke smell came from a long time ago and just lingered.
