Viewpoint 公寓飯店

Our stay was amazing, it felt like home. Location was easy to find, staff communicated well when needed to be contacted. The only issue we had was that our dishwasher wasn’t running correctly and we had issues with our washer but our maintenance guy was able to fix the washer issue. I wasn’t too concerned about the dishwasher because we could wash them by hand, but overall our stay was great! We even had a back patio which was nice to sit at in the morning and at night to watch the sunrise and sunset.

Condo was very clean and comfortable! The pool and clubhouse was clean and the kids really enjoyed all the spaces including ping pong table and air hockey. There were 21 of us staying between 3 separate condos and no one had any issues.

Great property, big spacious.

I love the location and how spacious it was. Very clean and private. The view was amazing. We will definitely use them again. Only complaint is the water pressure was very low to a small stream. But overall great place!

The outside stairs leading up to the condo were extremely dirty and loaded with spider webs. There were many light bulbs out and outdated light bulbs that took time to warm up. Overall, the inside of the condo was fairly clean but the carpet in the bedroom smelled like dog pee. Two outlets in the kitchen are not working, the jets in the bathtub are not working and light in the shower not working. The condo could use some updating and maintenance.

Absolutely loved our stay here! It was close enough we could go out for a quick breakfast and make it back without hitting traffic. The building we were in was Clubhouse. It’s nicely tucked away on a hill with the most beautiful Mountain View. At night you can see the lights from the city and houses in the mountains and if you love a good scenery this is the place for you. The place itself was super clean and spacious for my family. We enjoyed the downstairs game room area and the pool too cool down in. If you’re looking for something affordable close to town beautiful views I recommend this place 100%!!! Will definitely stay here again!!!

Very nice quiet place to stay but if you plan on making any kind of legit meals bring your own kitchen tools extremely limited things are there

Our condo had a gorgeous view of the mountains from our unit in the clubhouse building. It had a quiet & secluded feeling, but was only minutes away from all the attractions! It was newly updated, clean, and perfect space for our family of 5. We were fine with walking up stairs to get to our unit, but it may be good for others to know that there is no elevator.

Great condo in a great location! Close to everything, super convenient. The view from the pool was breathtaking!

We really enjoyed our stay.. wish we could have stayed longer. The condos are in the perfect location. Everything from food to fun was in close proximity.

Absolutely perfect location to Dollywood and The Island (traveled with family for weekend for husbands company). Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and excellent amenities. Kids loved the pool and game room in clubhouse. I loved the peaceful quiet gorgeous mountain views. They accomodated pets and were more reasonably priced than surrounding hotels. We will 100% recommend and stay here again.

Very nice property! Quiet! Only thing needs a pool skimmer to clean pool! It rained and wind was blowing so leaves got in pool! But over all stay we loved it, and def planning trip for next year!!!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Plenty of space. Very clean and staff was very nice. We had a problem with our dryer and they were at our room within 10 minutes to fix it. Pool and clubhouse was very nice also. Would recommend and stay here again if we come to Pigeon Forge!

Our room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. We have 3 different families staying in one place and we have stayed in cabins that made us feel like we were all on top of each other. Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved the views from the balcony. The pool had very easy access, was extremely clean, and beautiful. There was a nice game room set up for the kids. My only complaint was there wasn't an actual person to ask where we needed to put our trash. We found a garbage bin down below the condo and used it hopefully we were allowed. We have come to pigeon forge at least twice a year for the past 12 years we will definitely be rebooking this place for future trips.
