Terribly stay experience. Room is very small for two queen size bed. Hotel quality is not as stated as 5 stars. Staff very unfriendly except the door men and the staff when I checked out. I realize NYC just experienced electricity black out and it’s understandable some malfunction but when the lifts are not working the hotel staff totally don’t care about how consumers feel, they don’t try to solve it but just avoiding answering our questions. There were times I try to call hotel staff but never anyone answer the phone. Also they unbelievable charge you over 50$ per person per night just for the facility I can use, water I can drink? It’s like robbery. Never will I come to stay here again

ITS GREAT PLACE

We have stayed many times at this hotel over the years, and this time was the best! Perfect experience with great hotel staff and a really good vibe. A special shout out to Tarik who booked us in and to all the team covering the evening food and drink service - they were brilliant. Great location, excellent rooms and a really friendly personal service. Our favourite place to stay in NYC!

Staff was great! Manager learned we were there for my wife’s 60th birthday and upgraded our room. Family had ordered champagne to be delivered and the hotel included some birthday treats as well.

Loved the breakfast and early dinners. Everything was nice and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

They don’t have a wheelchair to help If Somebody need any asistance . We have a problem in the bathroon and they didn’t solve until the next day . The food is not good as it was before . In general westhouse is not westhouse anymore .

I kind of don’t want to give the review this hotel is due bc it’s such a hidden gem, but this is my favorite hotel in Manhattan. The happy hour and breakfast are such a nice amenity and the room was lovely and clean and stylish. Such a treat to stay here!

Excellent hotel great staff

It was a great stay. The hotel is lovely , with large comfortable rooms. I always have loved the breakfast on the terrace. The only room for improvement is in the bathroom- it needs a refresh and better lighting- for women to apply makeup;) This is probably our third or fourth visit

The staff honestly makes you feel wanted. The free breakfast, and snacks and wine in the private parlor are just so indulgent and relaxing.

They asked me 55 euro per night on top of what already paid. Never mentioned before

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage nur wenige Blocks vom Central Park entfernt. U-Bahn Station direkt vor dem Hotel. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Die Resort-Fee von 55 $ pro Person und Tag decken das reichliche und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück sowie am Abend die kleinen Speisen sowie Wein, Bier und Prosecco.

Very nice hotel! I'd have to say that the best part is the staff, from the front desk people to the breakfast and dinner staff. Everyone was so nice and professional. the only negative was that after traveling all day, I got to the hotel and they did not have a room for me even though I made my reservation months in advance, I had to go to a "not so nice" hotel for the first night then took several hours the next day to get into a room. Thanks to Nick at the front desk who took care of everything for me, made sure to waive the resort fees and finally got me settled in. hotel is close to EVERYTHING! I felt safe in the hotel and when out walking (being a single female) the food provided from breakfast and in the evening was veery good and plentiful. Cocktails in the evening was also nice. I'd stay again
