Room was especially noisy. Person above must gave been doing weights or someting very abnormal. Carpet and insulation would be a help. Also no management after 10pm so guests would jusr run wild. Shouting in the hall way and banging around. No coffee maker in the rooms. No breskfast offered. No curtains on the windows. All the parking lot lights shined through the blinds. If I wanted to sleep in the parking lot light. I should have slept in the car. It would have been quieter. Don't stay here. Scrape up a few more $$$ and get a good nights sleep.

NO hair dryer, NO iron, NO ironing board, NO carpet so family above us transfer very loud thru the ceiling. THREE pages of initials needed when checking in~! BUT, nice well lite room. Toilet seat broken but that seems to be the norm for hotels~!

The hotel was well-located and perfect for what I needed. The bed was very comfortable, although the room key was required in order for the lights to work. The other thing that kept it from being a 5/5 was the excessive noise from upstairs. If you want peace and quiet, it's probably not the place for you.

Was trying to check into property at 10:20pm. The doors were locked and there no was communication to call the hotel to be let in for late night check-ins. Ended up getting a hotel room across the street. When I messaged the hotel they said I should have picked up the phone to call them and would not refund my night. Terrible service in my opinion.

Umm the bed the blankets were too thin

Staff had great great customer service skills. We reserved a room with a king size bed and because the hotel over booked we were given a room with a queen size bed and we’re notified. When arriving to the NON SMOKING room, in the NON SMOKING hotel our room had the horrible odor of being smoked in and since the hotel was over booked we didn’t have another option besides opening a window and spraying Lysol in the room to mask the odor.

I gravitate to this property because I can sleep well, while away from home. I have stayed at other properties in Tri Cities, WA without rest or relaxation. Highly recommend this place for co.fort, and affordability.

Looks new on the outside, very minimal and a bit older on the inside. Price was a great value. I got in at 10 and so the manager on duty was not happy to have to check me in and complained the entire time he was helping me.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Super courteous, professional staff. Exceptional amenities such as fitness center, laundry, and appliances fir cooking meals. My room fully equipped with cooking utensils. Stove, microwave and dishwasher! Perfectly quiet. Low key rest stop for an over worked Respite Caregiver.

The room was very clean and had everything I needed, including a kitchen. I also used the gym and had it all by myself, which was nice. I used the treadmill, but the gym also has two Peloton bikes, which I will try in my next trip. Most importantly, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is clean and workers are nice, but this is not what I would expect from general hotel service or extended stays. The rooms have kitchens, but you have to rent dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cups, etc. If you forget your key, it is $10 fee. They clean once every two weeks. If you would like it cleaned before then, it will be $3. We had to take our room garbage to the dumpster outside. The internet is limited to 2 devices for your room. Train passes by at night. Check the train schedule before booking. They do not have a fitness center/gym. They have 4 pieces of exercise equipment, 2 of which work. If you still like this type of experience then choose the hotel across the street. Same setup, but they don't charge cleaning fees, the rooms are larger and they have free coffee/hot chocolate 24/7.

I had made reservations at another motel. Upon checking into the other property, I quickly backed out and demanded a refund. When I found Woodspring, I was pleasantly surprised! The difference was night and day! A great location. Many amenities. Clean. Friendly staff. Affordable rates.
