Very convenient lodge just outside the park. Clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant to dine in. Greeted by nice friendly staff on arrival and our room was virtually above the check in desk and shop so was ideally situated for that and the restaurant. Considering where our room was we found it to be nice and quiet.Plenty of parking spaces even though it seemed quite busy. And Yosemite is superb.

The only beautiful thing about this place is the river next to it—the setting is lovely, but the lodge itself was very disappointing. The carpet was dirty and had a strong smell, and one of the showers didn’t work. The jacuzzi we didn’t even want to try. The TV wasn’t working, only one burner on the stove top worked, the light over the nightstand was out, and the Wi-Fi was on/off. It almost felt like it was considered normal for so many things to be broken or not maintained. Also, if the property is pet-friendly, it really should have hard floors instead of carpet—not only is it more hygienic and easier to clean, but maybe then it wouldn’t have that unpleasant smell. With proper cleaning and repairs, this place could be much better, but as it is, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Dining option is limited but not the ideal. The restaurant has the worse cook ever, chicken wings is one of the most easiest cook but still over fried the wings. I ordered two orders, both came out over fried after 1 hour wait for just two to go order. But on the other hand, pizza restaurant is not the best but way better than the dinning one.
No bath towels in the room after checked in. But other than that, the front desk, maintenance team are professional and helpful.
The worse things beside the restaurant cook staff was the wifi. Couldn’t connect at all. Spent almost 8hundred for just 2 nights and got no connection to the wifi at all.

The lodge is mere minutes from the Yosemite park entrance and the Merced river was right behind our room/balcony so we had a wondrous view of the rushing waters over the rocks. It really felt like being in nature.

Bed was comfy. Staff were fine. Location is outside of Yosemite. We were led to believe that the free Yosemite valley shuttle picked up there and we were told where the bus picked up and dropped. Not sure what bus they thought we wanted but we realized there was no shuttle into the park so we drove around the valley ourselves. We hoped to do some Star gazing there but there lights out trees everywhere. It was still a nice stay.

It was fine. Our beds were comfortable and the room was clean until we got ants in our kitchenette and trash can. For the price we paid, I expected a little more, but I guess we were paying for the location, which was great. Overall, it was a good stay.
