Acomodação um pouco pequena, porém com tudo funcionando bem e bastante limpo. A localização é ótima e o café da manhã atende às expectativas, destacando especialmente os bolos e doces. Por fim, menciono com destaque o atendimento, que sempre foi cordial e solícito. Recomendo fortemente para os brasileiros pelo fato ter pessoas que falam português.

The room was very poorly furnished.
Just the very minimum in everything: no paper towels, for example.
Unbearable the traffic noise during the nights: the buildings around the Colonia St. make like a resonating box that ten-folds the traffic noise. The thin-glassed windows and the blinds are incapable to shield the room from that noise. By the way, the external plastic blinds were very dirty
Breakfast only serves cold items. It has some variety but for a long stay becomes monotonous and repetitive: always the same kind of cheese, the same kind of salami, de same kind of cakes, etc. You´ll miss soon something hot: some bacon strips, an omelette, a couple of fried eggs. But nothing of that kind was never available.

Pontos negativos: O quarto estava com as cortinas e roupas de cama com muita poeira, até tive uma crise de renite, coisa que a muito tempo não acontecia e a janela dava para um paredão, uma vista muito feia. O banheiro só tinha uma parte do box, na hora do banho molhava tudo e não tinha nem um tapetinho no chão para secar os pés, realmente a limpeza não é o forte do hotel. Pontos positivos: A localização, perto do centro, o café da manhã que foi razoável e o atendimento, todos sempre educados e resolviam prontamente as solicitações.

Os funcionrios nao sao muito simpaticos. Te tratam com o minimo de atencao. A porta de entrada do hotel toca uma sirene alta e estridente que pode ser ouvida do quarto, entao isso incomoda muito. Nao sei como os proprios funcionarios nao enloquecem com esse barulho o dia todo.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich im Hotel empfangen und im Verlauf unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut betreut.
Das Hotel ist nur ein Block von der Hauptstraße entfernt, das ermöglicht eine gute Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. Das Auto kann an einem Parkhaus, welches nur ein Block entfernt ist abgestellt werden.
Ich war nun das dritte mal in diesem Hotel und würde es aufgrund der Lage und der Freundlichkeit des Personals immer wieder wählen.

We were disappointed as soon as we arrived at Hotel Europa, walking from the taxi through marijuana smoke to the front door, which was already locked at 7.30pm. On reaching our room we decided to move to another hotel due to the overall musty smell, basic cleanliness & facilities - these fell far short of the description of the room on Hotels.com.
We advised the receptionist of our decision to leave & she was most annoyed. We told her that we understood the hotel's cancellation policy "that any change after 11.59pm the previous day would incur the first night's charge plus fees & taxes". We asked that she cancel the remaining three nights of our four night stay, & refund us the difference, but she refused.
I contacted Hotels.com via chat, however, they were apparently unable to contact the hotel's management & obtain a refund for the remaining three nights. Hotels.com subsequently informed us that there would be no refund.
I replied to the Hotels.com email outlining that our refund request was in line with Hotel Europa's own cancellation policy & requesting a review of our case - I'm still awaiting a response 3 days later.
MOST DISAPPOINTED WITH BOTH HOTEL EUROPA & HOTELS.COM - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL ROUND!!👎☹️

Acomodação um pouco pequena, porém com tudo funcionando bem e bastante limpo. A localização é ótima e o café da manhã atende às expectativas, destacando especialmente os bolos e doces. Por fim, menciono com destaque o atendimento, que sempre foi cordial e solícito. Recomendo fortemente para os brasileiros pelo fato ter pessoas que falam português.

Pontos negativos: O quarto estava com as cortinas e roupas de cama com muita poeira, até tive uma crise de renite, coisa que a muito tempo não acontecia e a janela dava para um paredão, uma vista muito feia. O banheiro só tinha uma parte do box, na hora do banho molhava tudo e não tinha nem um tapetinho no chão para secar os pés, realmente a limpeza não é o forte do hotel. Pontos positivos: A localização, perto do centro, o café da manhã que foi razoável e o atendimento, todos sempre educados e resolviam prontamente as solicitações.
