Great place w/an old nostalgic vibe. Felt a bit like a ghost town w/most shops closed. Maybe because it was winter time. Urea’s a whole was underwhelming. Maybe in the summer it is more lively. Still a cool historic looking hotel & walking distance to main plaza, market & old town!

O custo benefício não compensa, pois cobram por quarto e não por hóspede. Paguei o mesmo valor de um quarto para duas pessoas, ficando sozinha. O café é muito simples! É um prédio de instalações antigas! Não sei se ao guardar alfajores que comprei na mala, na recepção, derrubei 4, mas não me avisaram, quando retornei para pegá-las….

The hotel had character and was in a good location to see the city centre. The centre of Montevideo is a bit run down and lacking in sights compared to Colonia or other countries. If you go to Montevideo this hotel is cheap and makes a comfortable base to stay.

Eu e minha esposa nos hospedamos por 5 dias no Palácio Hotel, foi uma experiência incrível! O hotel é lindo, o quarto é muito confortável e os atendentes são muito simpáticos e solicitos. A localização é muito boa, perto de várias coisas!
