We give this place 2 stars because the people who work there are great. Everything else was disappointing. Sauna was broken, tiles in the floors in the bedroom were dirty, tiles in the bathroom stained, walls in terrible condition, bed was hard.
Thant being said - the location is great as the hotel is a half an hour off of the beach.

UY Proa Sur Hotel is probbly the best hotel in La Paloma. Things to improve: I understand winter is around the corner but the property was full of guest and it needed a good clean up. Things to highlight: Best location in town, amazing views, modern and well furnished property, but above all the staff was very firendly and professional. I would like to commend the front desk agent guy in the afternoon shift. I will return!

Fomos muito bem atendidos no hotel. O pessoal é muito simpático e atencioso. O café da manhã estava bem gostoso e com bastante variedade. A piscina térmica é bastante agradável. A localização é ótima e o hotel oferece estacionamento gratuito. O principal ponto que merece ser melhorado é a limpeza. O quarto onde ficamos estava com pó e cabelos no chão e um dos copos não estava limpo. Além disso, poderia ter mais atenção em alguns detalhes de manutenção. De modo geral, recomendo o hotel e me hospedaria novamente.
