Tôi đã có 1 trải nghiệm tốt tại khách sạn Alana nên thay vì chỉ đặt có 2 đêm tụi mình đã ở lại thêm 1 đêm nữa để enjoy - Ưu điểm: Vị trí rất gần biển, đi bộ ra biển chưa đến 5p và vị trí tiện lợi để đi các điểm tham quan, ăn uống. Phòng đẹp, thiết kế hiện đại, khá rộng rãi và rất sạch sẽ. Tụi mình chọn phòng 1 giường đôi, tuy không phải có ban công nhưng có cửa sổ hướng ra biển, thoáng đãng. Giường êm ái, mền gối sạch thơm, ngủ rất ngon luôn :d Gd mình đi 2 người lớn 1 bé 4 tuổi nằm thoải mái. Toilet rất sạch, thoáng, luôn đầy đủ các dụng cụ cá nhân. - Nhược điểm: Hàng lang còn hơi bụi và rác nhỏ. Các dịch vụ như Bar, Kids Club chưa hoạt động lại. Hồ bơi chưa được chăm chút nhiều. Tụi mình vẫn rất ưng ý về khách sạn này, sẽ còn ủng hộ khi quay lại Nha Trang. Hy vọng dịp sau khách sạn sẽ hoạt động lại các dịch vụ đầy đủ hơn.

This is a 4 stars hotel with a very reasonable price, we don't find it noisy as other comments, maybe because of not in the peak season. Location is very good, near to the sailing club, Yen's, Galangal, Lantern & Zallo buffet Nha Trang. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop that you can take Airport Bus to Cam Ranh International Airport, we found it out lately when we used the Airport Bus and passed by the Hotel. The Hotel receptionist didn't advise us when we inquired them about Airport Bus. This point we will give a dislike to the receptionist.

酒店整體都可以，但浴室的浴缸頗高，對小朋友及身型矮小的人來說跨越這浴缸會危險和困難。浴缸的隔水玻璃根本無法防止水流出，所以洗完澡之後整個浴室的地板都會濕。

Alana 所有員工面帶有心嘅笑容，積極主動上前問好及幫助這點十分驚喜。另外值得一提的是関於海景套房問題，在Alana官網上的海景描述到今天已經是不適用，因為面向正海的所有玻璃窗已經再不是180度全海景，變成只有部分海景。如果執著於海景問题上會鬧得不高興，Expedia 理應更改房間描述免得誤導客戶。

我訂購是海景房8日7夜，窗外都是起樓工程，大殺風景。 泳池在頂樓，第一天就打算上去看海游泳，但我坐了不夠5分鐘就走了，放在台上的電話/相機，甚至全身都是塵埃，因為在泳池前正在工程中(應該是起新酒店吧)，之後的日子也再沒上過頂樓泳池。 房間內的浴缸更是失敗設計⋯如果開上面的大花灑沖身，水就會浸滿周邊，導致水會滿瀉到地上⋯雖說是浴缸可坐著沖涼，但有時候站著沖就會水浸了。 到大慨第4-5天，睡覺的時候都周身痕了，大慨是床上有蝨⋯問題也解決不了⋯只好硬著頭皮吧。 其實房間內的毛巾我們都不怎樣用，大多都是用抺手的毛巾，也沒留意清掃工放置的毛巾，到最後check out的那一天，原來房間只有一條大毛巾，真的看漏眼了，怎說他們都認為我們拿了他們的大毛巾要我們賠錢，不給我們按金，又要趕到機場，擾讓了多時他們才給回我們的酒店按金⋯ 我實在是給不了好評。 還有一點，這酒店周邊也比較嘈吵，每晚也聽到很大音樂派對場所發出的聲音。

DISCLAIMER: the hotel staff has paid me off to not complain. So I will not complain. Based on pictures from 2016, I think this hotel would've been extraordinary. However in 2017, the hotel's previous sea views have now been blocked by a massive building under construction that towers over Alana. Some may say the pictures of a rooftop pool looking over the seas is misleading as all you get now is a rooftop pool with construction workers looking at you sunbathe. PROS: The rooms are spacious and modern. Buffet breakfast has both western and Vietnamese options. Some staff service is the level you'd expect for a 4.5star hotel. Earplugs are provided by the hotel. CONS: not all staff speak sufficient English. The hotel across the street had a rooftop party every night. Construction during the day makes it near impossible to relax at the pool. Verdict: hotel is okay, but is definitely not a luxury hotel. There are other hotels within 200m in the same price range that gives better value. Unfortunately this hotel has been beaten by the rapid development of Nha trang.

門面小點，但是客房很大，很舒適。去之前有在爬文，確實旁邊有在施工。真的很吵，我有選要住高層海景，但卻被隔壁那棟正在蓋起的樓層給擋住了。只能11點鍾方向隱隱約約的看到海岸線。 芽莊真的是個好地方，消費便宜，風景也很美。

Staffs are nice and helpful. But there's construction nearby quite noisy in the morning but the hotel is so sweet that provided ear plugs.

我訂購是海景房8日7夜，窗外都是起樓工程，大殺風景。 泳池在頂樓，第一天就打算上去看海游泳，但我坐了不夠5分鐘就走了，放在台上的電話/相機，甚至全身都是塵埃，因為在泳池前正在工程中(應該是起新酒店吧)，之後的日子也再沒上過頂樓泳池。 房間內的浴缸更是失敗設計⋯如果開上面的大花灑沖身，水就會浸滿周邊，導致水會滿瀉到地上⋯雖說是浴缸可坐著沖涼，但有時候站著沖就會水浸了。 到大慨第4-5天，睡覺的時候都周身痕了，大慨是床上有蝨⋯問題也解決不了⋯只好硬著頭皮吧。 其實房間內的毛巾我們都不怎樣用，大多都是用抺手的毛巾，也沒留意清掃工放置的毛巾，到最後check out的那一天，原來房間只有一條大毛巾，真的看漏眼了，怎說他們都認為我們拿了他們的大毛巾要我們賠錢，不給我們按金，又要趕到機場，擾讓了多時他們才給回我們的酒店按金⋯ 我實在是給不了好評。 還有一點，這酒店周邊也比較嘈吵，每晚也聽到很大音樂派對場所發出的聲音。

the hotel was great, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. the only thing to complaint is that its easy to get your bathroom flooded because there is no shower curtain in bathroom

DISCLAIMER: the hotel staff has paid me off to not complain. So I will not complain. Based on pictures from 2016, I think this hotel would've been extraordinary. However in 2017, the hotel's previous sea views have now been blocked by a massive building under construction that towers over Alana. Some may say the pictures of a rooftop pool looking over the seas is misleading as all you get now is a rooftop pool with construction workers looking at you sunbathe. PROS: The rooms are spacious and modern. Buffet breakfast has both western and Vietnamese options. Some staff service is the level you'd expect for a 4.5star hotel. Earplugs are provided by the hotel. CONS: not all staff speak sufficient English. The hotel across the street had a rooftop party every night. Construction during the day makes it near impossible to relax at the pool. Verdict: hotel is okay, but is definitely not a luxury hotel. There are other hotels within 200m in the same price range that gives better value. Unfortunately this hotel has been beaten by the rapid development of Nha trang.

門面小點，但是客房很大，很舒適。去之前有在爬文，確實旁邊有在施工。真的很吵，我有選要住高層海景，但卻被隔壁那棟正在蓋起的樓層給擋住了。只能11點鍾方向隱隱約約的看到海岸線。 芽莊真的是個好地方，消費便宜，風景也很美。
