Price are incredible compared with another hotel price are a haft. 1010 recommendations other guests. We love this location, this location thw heart of Hanoi capital, 4 minutes to Hoan Kiếm lake , 4 minutes to West lake , 1 minutes to old street of Hanoi… we will come back stay here for our vacation

員工沒有笑容，還拒絕幫我們寄明信片，浴室水壓不夠，早餐尚可，附近走出去沒啥麼景點，不過床和房間挺舒適的。
The staff never smile, even didn't help us to send the postcard. The hot water is weak in the bathroom, breakfast is normal. Just bed and room is kinda comfortable.... nothing else.

not good，just so so. The breakfast is ok, however, not many foods to choose. The service of fronkdest is ok to book one taxi, quickly. But the swimming pool service is very bad, today April 7, I go to swimming pool at 8:42 and want to swimming for 10 Mins. But the service guy already closed it, very bad. When I spoke to the guy, he showed me his swatches: 8:42 pm，told me it was closed. Yes, it is 8:42 PM， so why it was closed as the hotel service for swim pool is closed at 9:00 PM?? Why I choose this hotel, the reason is only its swimming pool! 酒店的泳池晚上8:42 会关闭了，实际上是晚上9点才关的，服务不靠谱，员工太懒惰

是我在越南住過最差的一間酒店. 首先, 機場接送遲到, 司機接待也不懂說英語. 到了酒店, 沖涼水喉没有熱水, 於是修理一番之後便換房. 換房後水壓也不夠力,花灑慢水沖涼. 酒店設施有點舊. 而其他服務也不貼心, 酒店人員只按規矩工作, 不懂人性化處理. 本來book了四晚, 最後兩晚我們改了酒店.

Room is bigger than China's 7-Day's Inn and provides breakfast .Don't expect anything from the breakfast . Flies homed onto the fruits .
Limited Tourist information provided by the staffs of Front Desk . When I asked for any recommendations on which Big C supermarket was big enough for a relax shopping , a Female Staff at Front Desk answered there was only one Big C Supermarket at Hanoi ... ... even she didn't want to look for information from the computer .
From above example , it gave me an experience worse , much worse , than China's 7-Day's Inn / Home Inn . Their staff at least willing to answer and to looking for touring places for tourist .

Pros: 1. Big but quiet hotel with good breakfast buffet included, fitness room and swimming pool 2. very few tourists choose this big hotel, makes a pleasant stay here 3. Easy to find, good for business travel, iron can be provided even at mid-night.
Cons: Not located in the Hanoi old quarter so you need a taxi to go for sightseeing.
Overall a good hotel. Recommended.

A good hotel centrally located in the old quarter. Fabulous breakfast with western and Asian selections and chef that makes creations from omelette to pho bo. The rooms are big with good bathrooms. Smelled a little moldy but then this is probably impossible to avoid due to high humidity in the region, city. Staff was very helpful. Lots of Asian guests and many military guests also.

Pros: nice hotel; room was good; staff at check-in was great and accommodating; breakfast buffet was very good and varied; location is good enough for accessing various areas (old quarter etc).
Cons: only one towel per guest and they were rather worn out (and there was nowhere to hang them once wet); staff at check-out was unpleasant.

They promised taxi from Airport but taxi didn't come. Because of my mistake with hotel reservation, they didn't help me at all. I had to start looking hotel somewhere. Time was 5 a.m. my luck there was hotel quite near which helped me.
