Lokasi strategis. Dari bandara naik Bus 86 dan turun di halte dekat hostel. Hanya perlu berjalan 3 menit. Dekat dengan hoan kiem lake. Sarapan luar biasa. Rooftop juga bagus bisa untuk bersantai atau untuk yg muslim bisa untuk ruangan solat. Kamar bersih dan tersedia loker. Bisa nitip barang kalau sudah check out. Semua staff ramah. I'll be back 🧡

I have had the great experience here so far starting from the helpful and nice receptionist to very clean and bathroom. I recommend you guys to stay here and enjoy a high-quality service with a budget price. They also provide you with free Western-style breakfast with sandwiches, fried eggs, fresh fruits and drinks. Room: clean, no smoking, large lockers, big towel, 01 free bottle of water Bathroom: toilet, shower, hot water available, shower gel, shampoo Sink area: half modern half vintage, very clean, tampon/ hair rubber bands/ makeup cottons are available for women, very considerate Location: very convienient to walk to bus station which carries you to the airport, in Old Quarter, many local restaurants around The picture attached is the sink outside the dorm, with separate bathrooms next to it.

Ada beberapa staf yang tidak menghargai tamunya dengan baik. Ada stafnya yang berbicara dengan nada tinggi dengan saya. Kemudian mereka mengatakan bahwa hostel ini menjadi seperti rumah kamu. Kamu bisa makan 24 jam makanan yang ada disini seperti roti, sereal, mie instan dll, tetapi saat hari kedua dan ketiga saya berada di hostel ini, salah satu staf melarang saya makan roti, katanya ini hanya untuk sarapan. Dan ini membuat saya sedikit kaget. Karena ucapan staf satu dengan yang lainnya sangat berbeda. Sehingga saya adu argumen dengan staf ini. Apalagi saya seorang muslimah dimana makanan di Hanoi kebanyakan tidak halal sehingga saya memutuskan membuat makanan di hostel saja karena ucapan staf dari awal mengatakan makanan disini 24 jam meskipun hanya roti dll namun saya tidak apa-apa asalkan halal. Disitu saya kecewa dengan ucapan mereka yang tidak konsisten. Saya sudah kesal dan mau marah namun berpikir karena hari ini hari terakhir saya di Hanoi jadi saya cukup sabar. Kemudian setelah saya keluar dari hostel ini, saya mendapatkan kabar dari teman saya yang pernah sekamar dengan saya dia mengatakan pelayanan di hostel ini mulai menurun seperti internet yang mereka turn off, kemudian staf disana sangat berisik di malam hari ketika tamu ingin fokus bekerja dengan laptop mereka. Kalau saya ke Hanoi lain waktu, saya tidak akan pernah memilih hostel ini.

Giường êm, điều hoà mát, phòng sạch thơm, bếp nấu ăn thoải mái, nhân viên nhanh nhẹn, nhiệt tình. Điểm trừ duy nhất là mình ở 5 đêm nhưng không dọn giường, thay ga gối. Và phòng tắm cực kì bé nhé.

Selama trip di vietnam, dua kali menginap disini! Superrrrr rekomen kalau mau ke hanoi dan menginap di daerah old quarter area❤ murah dan didalam tempat tidurnya ada kipas anginnya hehe jadi lumayan buat mengeringkan sesuatu bisa cepat, kamar juga rapi dan bersih. Pegawainya super baik terutama "quynh" huhu I miss her already. Hope I can be back to hanoi!

Phòng ở thật sự xinh, sạch sẽ. Các chị nhân viên rất chu đáo, nhiệt tình. Rất thích và có dịp sẽ quay lại.

Mọi thứ ok, sẽ quay lại khi đến Hanoi

Giường khó leo lên, nhà vệ sinh tầng trên cùng rất sạch sẽ, mọi thứ khác đều okie

Great place for who will travel alone or maximum 2 friends. Very near the center esp. the lake with many delicious specialties.

If you want am affordable hostel near the old quarters but far from the hustle and bustle go to this hostel. Really cheap but very nice hostel. I could not believe that this hostel is this cheap with the facility they have. Automatic doors with key card, hot shower, AC for when it's hot, have own fan on each capsule bed!

I'm from the southern of Vietnam, I was in HN for the first time. for work and friends reunion. Location and cleanliness were ok, breakfast was lame (can't expect more than what you pay). My bed made noisy sound. What I disappointed the most was the service. I came in with a smile and excitement but two people at the lobby were not very welcoming as they were busy with their own stuff. Check in was 20mins because of miscommunication. I paid 23.000 for a towel, which is used for 3 days (if you check in on your facebook then it's free ). I dropped the key under my lower bed, i asked a guy at the reception for help at 8 AM, he refused to get the stick or something to get the key out and told me to wait for another person to pick it up (so how could I get in and out during that time? I asked but he didn't reply and walked out) I decided to crawl under the bed and got the key myself. He didn't followed up with the key till the last day I check out, he asked if I found the key yet, I said I got it myself already, I could not wait for a slow help like yours. No goodbye when I checked out, just left the key and got your deposit back. It never happened to me like this time, Đà Nẵng, Huế, Đà Lạt cheap hostels were different. they are happy with foreigner. If you don't care about breakfast, annoying service sometimes, extra fees, then it's fine. I love the North but I have to be honest in feedback though.
