Hotel was in the lively old Quarter of Hanoi, and was a welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle, definitely close to all the action.. My room had all the amenities I required to feel at home. It was very tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and welcome, with a good selection of items. Most importantly the Staff here are amazing. Extremely helpful and patient with guests. I must have has a million questions, but they all took the time to answer them. A giant shout out to Miss Swan, Miss Ahn and Mr’s Tommy, Max and Roger. Who’s help made my stay most memorable. The hotel is very fortunate to have them.

Realty welcoming staff. So helpful, happy and a pleasure to chat to. Clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Location only couple minutes from the lake, so early morning jogs so easy. Love Hanoi. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable room , although a few design features are annoying - bedside tables etc too low to be useful, wooden bed surround sticks out by 10 cm or so, meaning that you continually bash your shin on the corners!

Great central location in the old quarters. Close to everything you need. Right around the corner from the water puppet show, and old quarters is just a few steps away. The breakfast selection was great - some of the best I have ever experienced. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back here.

베트남 4박 5일중 닌빈에서 1박을 제외하고 3박을 머물렀어요.
첫날 체크인 시간보다 좀 일찍 도착했는데 한 10분정도 후에 입실 할수있도록 해주셨고 기다리는 동안 웰컴 과일도 주시고..
다음날 닌빈으로 출발할 때 짐도 맡아 주시고.닌빈 다녀와서는 늦은 시간에 도착했는데 기존에 묵었던 방으로 안내해주었고 미리 캐리어도 방에 가져다 놓으셨더라구요..투숙객에 대한 배려가 좋았어요.
조식도 기본 차림에 달갈, 팬케이크, 쌀국수 중에 골라서 주문 할수 있구요..맛도촣았네요.
마지막으로 호텔이 호안끼엠호수랑 가까워서 다니기 정말 좋아요.응옥썬사원은 걸어서 가도 충분하구요.. 모든 관광지 가까워서 이동에 불편이 없어요. 주말엔 호수주변 교통 통제하고 야시장이나 근처 도로가 각종 공연장 분위기를 느낄수있어서 또하나의 장점이었어요

직원들이 너무 친절하셨고 새벽 늦게 들어갔는데도 못 주무시고 기다리고 계시더라고요! 분실물이 있어서 다시 갔을 때도 친절하게 찾아주셨고 조식도 4성급 못지 않게 괜찮았어요! 위치도 호안끼엠 바로 앞이라 관광지, 맛집들이 다 가까워서 다니기 너무 편했어요.
아쉬운 점은 저희가 발코니 있는 방을 이용해서 그런지 개미가 좀 많았습니다. 청결도가 좀 아쉬웠지만 동남아라는 점을 감안하면 괜찮았습니다. 청결에 민감하신 분 아니라면 가격대비 괜찮은 호텔입니다!
