i been traveling so many countries and stay in so many hotels , but this hotel really really good for me!! the room so nice , the food so good , and im proudly say this receptionist should won best receptionist in the world!!!!!! i will come back soon!!!

Lovely experience, staffs are friendly and very helpful. Clean and nice space. Ambiance/Facilities: Homey, friendly, warm; have small and narrow halls but still manageable. Food: Good breakfast Staff Assistance: Very helpful, even helped us arrange a trip to Ha Long Bay and moved our breakfast date without additional charge. Also helped with airport transfer at an affordable price. Highlights: Friendly staffs Price: Very much affordable Location: Strategic location, but not located in the busy area.

The staff was very friendly, especially the bellboy. The hotel was located in Old Quarter, so it was very convenient to walking around. if you like to further explore Sa Pa or Ha Long Bay, there were plenty of tour available.

Mình ghé Classy vào 1 ngày lễ mưa gió, các bạn nhân viên đã hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Ăn sáng ngon, cafe ngon. Mình đã có 2 ngày ở đây dễ chịu hơn bao giờ hết ☺️

Trải nghiệm lần đầu với tôi thật tệ: khu nhà vệ sinh ở tầng G thật khủng khiếp, dơ hơn cả nhà vệ sinh công cộng, giấy vệ sinh và cả băng vệ sing vứt ngổn ngang ở khu bồn rửa tay, bồn cầu thì tắc nghẽn cực hôi
