The 5 employees who were so helpful in trying to find our reservation were so helpful and friendly. I had made reservations for two rooms for my son's on-site wedding, had a confirmation number, confirmation email, but when we arrived, the resort was surprised to see us, that's for sure. I got on the chat feature and started what turned out to be a 2 hour ordeal to unravel this misadventure. After that fiasco, our stay was great and the staff was wonderful. Our only other bad experience was that all of the amenities were closed for our visit. No spa, none of the 3 bars were open, two of the three pools were closed, and the restaurant's menu was incredibly limited. However, the grounds are beautifully kept, we felt very safe, and I would stay there again, but not through hotels.com

The villa resort is very beautiful and the people there are very friendly and helpful. The villa with river view is great for sitting outside and relaxing. The villa unit itself was very big and clean. Wonderful stay and worth the value to stay.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 06:00 - 09:30.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

* CHILDREN POLICY:

Maximum 1 child under 5 years old stay per bedroom can share the same bed with parents and surcharge will be applied as below:
-Children 5 - 12 years of age will be charged at 300,000VND/ child/ night when using the same bed with parents.
- Children 12 years of age and above is required for extra bed and will be charged at 600,000VND/bed /night.
Surcharge for children policy will be settled upon check-in.

We provide a central pool service for our guests. As for the infinity pool, we only open on Saturdays and Sundays. The ticket price for adults is 75,000 VND/pax and for children is 50,000 VND

Suprisingly nice hotel with very pro HKM who helped us to check in late at night during Tet holiday. The resort located in a very beautiful place, right next to a calm river & not far away from the beach, as well as the Quang Ngai city. Spacious villa, great landscape, very affordable price.

The room was so nice. Every detail was well taken care. It design was amazing. nothing to complain about the room. Staffs were super nice and can't be sweeter. However, wifi was very bad in the morning. Phone did not work in the morning so I had to call the hotline to inform the wifi issue but then nothing changed. No breakfast buffet but I was not informed about that at all. There was a menu but since I was in rush (I just prepare 15-20 mins for a fast breakfast), I did not ask for menu to order but requested whatever they have that I don't have to wait for too long. They said sandwich bread was the fastest one but finally I still had to wait for a while, not fast at all. The resort is still in construction.

Nhân viên bảo vệ không quan tâm đến khách. Khi khách hỏi bảo vệ gọi Lễ Tân bằng bộ đàm để điều xe chở khách về phòng do trời mưa nhưng bảo vệ không quan tâm và có thái độ thờ ơ với khách, khách phải tự liên hệ Lễ tân sau đó.

Đây là khu nghỉ dưỡng mà gia đình mình đến vào đúng thời điểm khách sạn cho thuê tổ chức sự kiện, loa nhạc ầm ỹ ngay chỗ phòng nghỉ từ 5h chiều đến 10 giờ đêm. Gia đình mình toàn người già, trẻ con nên thật sự không biết đi đâu khỏi khung giờ đó. Ngoài ra thì khung cảnh khách sạn cũng như xung quan yên bình, dễ thương. Các anh chị nhân viên cũng thân thiện, đáng mến.

The room was so nice. Every detail was well taken care. It design was amazing. nothing to complain about the room. Staffs were super nice and can't be sweeter. However, wifi was very bad in the morning. Phone did not work in the morning so I had to call the hotline to inform the wifi issue but then nothing changed. No breakfast buffet but I was not informed about that at all. There was a menu but since I was in rush (I just prepare 15-20 mins for a fast breakfast), I did not ask for menu to order but requested whatever they have that I don't have to wait for too long. They said sandwich bread was the fastest one but finally I still had to wait for a while, not fast at all. The resort is still in construction.
