Amazing experience overall! They surprised us with a birthday cake & room deco without even requesting it! Service was on point and fast, good Asian breakfast spread, clean good view pool, well-kept modern room! Recommended! Will definitely come back!

This hotel was a lovely haven in our stay at Da Nang. The rooms are large and comfortable with great bathrooms. Breakfast was an experience with such a wide range of international and Vietnamese food to select. Staff were exceptional throughout.
We would like to especially thank - Mia at breakfast for knowing what we wanted. In reception - Nora, Nancy and Ruby for making us feel so welcome. Ken for making sure we were Ok. Finally Tracy in helping us with our bags and leaving the hotel. Other staff were amazing too. Thanks everyone!

This is a lovely hotel! The rooms and facilities are so clean and comfortable. Very nice room. Wonderful breakfast buffet, great room service, excellent food. The gym is also very nice. The pool is a bit small but I never used it anyways being so close to the beach. I was apprehensive about not being on the beach but I actually loved this area. The riverwalk is beautiful, and right outside the hotel. The beach is about a 10 minute drive away. The beds were so comfortable too! Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend.

We arrived earlier than expected, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was fantastic! The suite included two bedrooms—a spacious master room and a separate single bedroom—perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the suite also featured a handy mini kitchen. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

Henkilökunta on aivan mahtava! Erityisesti Ruby, Lynd, Ken ja en muista kaikkia. Kannatta ottaa aina Club-huone jos halua henkilökohtaisempa palvelua, vaikka aamiaisella valikoima on suppeampi. Sänky on erinomainen ja vuodevaatteet myös. Tosi kivaa että on suihku ja erillinen amme. Näkymät ikkunasta joelle ihanat. Hissit ovat hitaat. Kuntosali hyvä, uimaallas pieni, mutta siisti.
Osallistuimme yhteenä päivänä Ilotulitusfestivaaliin 31 krs kattoterrassilla. Se oli kyllä pettymys. Oli stressava ilmapiiri, palvelu sekava, ruoka mauton vaikka tarjonta oli laaja, oli rapuja ja lobsteria. Kaunisti aseteltu, mutta ei oikeastaan mitään nautittavan syötävää. Se latisti kokemuksen.
