Loved the Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel! The French colonial vibes were super cool, and the staff were awesome – super friendly and helpful. They really made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in Dalat. If you're looking for a luxurious and memorable place to stay in Dalat, this is the place!

今年除夕在这家百年酒店度过。曾经的索菲特宫殿酒店，和北京饭店诺金一样曾是雅高麾下的历史遗产酒店，后被收入本土品牌，保养的却比北诺好太多了，套房里陈列了不少19世纪的古董，连房间钥匙都是20世纪初英国制造的原件
这次入住的是Junior Suite，尽管名字如此低调，但却是次顶级套房，总共只有四间。位于二层的两间均设有露台，一间为湖景，一间为塔景，三楼的两间没有露台，且酒店没有电梯，建议提前邮件沟通要二层的房间
服务中规中矩，礼宾蛮热情的，主动提行李。前台比较公式化，早餐厅服务员不错，下午茶餐厅的服务有待提高。餐饮方面正餐不推荐，又贵又难吃。下午茶坐在露台连廊或法式花园里喝喝茶氛围蛮好，但不要对吃的有任何期待。早餐品种非常少，和国内的全季差不多，但味道ok
总体我给这家酒店打8.7/10分。无疑是大叻最奢华、最值得入住的酒店

The only point wanted to raised out is the bathtub which is not closed to the wall so water leak out when bathing, wetting the floor. Remember to go up to the root to see the beautiful city ^ ^

A very nice hotel especially if you would like to feel 20th century European life style. Only one problem: it’s difficulty to take shower but without split water everywhere, suggest you take a bath.
Location is also good, in front of lake/ near Dalat market/ easy to walk near by feeling local life….

Very very dirty moldy showers. They reuse disposable slippers. I requested a new one and they brought up another used one with visible foot imprints. No way is this property 5 stars.

The suite is large and the view is gorgeous. The staff is very attentive and courteous. Food buffet needs more selection. Tea time service needs to be more attentive. Front desk needs to carry small changes in case customers need money for tips. Over all it’s a very unique antique hotel. Make you feel like a king for a day

외관이 아름답고 고풍스러운 곳이라 좋았습니다. 아침에 일찍 산책하는 정원도 아름답고 식당도 좋았습니다. 단지, 1922년 지은 귀족 별장을 리모델링해서 고풍스러움은 있었으나 전기 코드가 침대옆에 없어 핸드폰 사용이 불편했고, 가장 안좋은 것은 욕실. 세면대 물이 잘 안빠지고, 샤워하면 욕조 밖으로 물이 넘쳐 바닥에 물이 흥건히 고여 미끄러움.ㅠㅠ
