•Guests who planned to book a stay at Vinpearl including Vietnamese and foreigners arriving from overseas need to
Provide health certificates proving they are free of Covid-19 virus, issued by health authorities of Vietnam or originating countries within 2 days prior to departure date, or medical certificates of completion of 14-day quarantine period in Vietnam issued by Vietnam authorities.
Guests who can not provide the documents as mention above, will be required to sign an agreement to commit to the quarantine period of 14 days at Vinpearl. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Government of Vietnam, before commencing the period of stay previously booked. All costs associated with the quarantine period are paid for by guests. Vinpearl have the right to refuse guests who do not sign the quarantine agreement and will issue the refund where applicable.
•Following the order of the Government of Vietnam to temporarily close entertainment zones from March 24, 2020, VinWonders Nam Hoi An will stop receiving visitors until further notice; VinWonders Nha Trang, Phu Quoc & Safari Phu Quoc will stop receiving outside visitors and only receive guests staying at Vinpearl hotels who wish to visit the parks during their stay.
•During this period, Vinpearl have the right to provide guests’ information to coordinate with the authorities to prevent and control the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19).
