The view of the beach from the room was beautiful 👍 and the service was excellent.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very nice and help. However, it doesn’t have dinning option nearby.

Excellent service by all staff. Excellent sea view at the balcony. Wolrd class Gym with great view and equipments. Hotel just sit next to the famous long Beach. However, not enough good restaurant around the hotel.

Waiting time for lifts is long, the bed cover is heavy.

要早點抵達，頂樓泳池只開到晚上七點，是非常冰的冰水，比較適合夏天，泳池樓下更衣室也有按摩池、蒸氣室、烤箱可以用，但也只開放到晚上九點。

Very good view and services. I like the pool and food. 3meals in hotel isn’t a problem.

The water pressure is unstable, and I have been in the hotel for 4pm. No one is picking up the room. I am looking for a staff to clean up on two days.

酒店服務員沒有5星級水準，升降機極之緩慢，等了15分鐘都等不到，幸好我們住低層可以行樓梯，見有住客捧著沉重行李用樓梯上落。電視訊號經常中斷，浴室水溫時熱時冷，Ground Floor咖啡室員工英語能有限而且態度欠佳，遇上不懂的問題黑面不回應，一班服務員圍埋一堆嬉戲不招待客人。最重要一點，3樓Eatery早餐吃完乳酪後又屙又嘔發冷又發燒，浪費了一天時間留酒店養病休息，幸好女兒沒有吃乳酪，小童吃了會更糟。直得讚就只有裝修較豪華，3樓Eatery 服務員"My"熱情招待直得表揚。整體而言不合格，不會再入住。

很棒泳池很喜歡 重點是房間很美還有獨立陽台 床很大很舒服很好躺超催眠的 早餐很多樣化但好吃的東西很少 第一天住沒有浴缸的房型 裡面備品都不齊全 是直到第二天換房型才發現少給很多備品 例如浴帽、浴球、還有棉花棒

一行人，出發前一個月訂了5間非吸煙房，第一晚其中的兩間房被安排了在吸煙層，因為是深夜入住，及入房時空凋已經大開，所以沒有多太留意，第二天到櫃檯要求換房，才告知第一天是房滿原因，所以作此安排，及即時換房 （但沒有任何道歉........）;對於酒店第二天在非吸煙層有房的情況下，亦沒有主動替客人換房，深感不滿意，對此，希望管理層重視......；除此之外，酒店其他各方面也好。

Overall is ok. But I had one bad experience there. That day we came earlier than the check in time. The staff told us that they can help us to keep the luggage. So we decided to have massage in the hotel then we can check in afterward. We asked the front desk staff to help us to reserve a massage section and I double confirmed it with the staff about the time, and the staff said yes, everything is ok. And then we go to the massage center in time. However, when we arrived the massage center, the massage staff gave our section to another clients who came 1 second earlier than us without booking!!!!! and she just told me that they made double booking!!! And that is it! I have made the reservation but they didn’t! Why the staff gave my section to them? Then what’s the point of doing reservation? All the rooms in the massage center were fully occupied after the staff gave our room to the others. And we have to leave and plan other activities while we were waiting for check in our room. I was so angry about that. They just wasted my time and it was not my fault! Why I have to bear the result?! It’s really ridiculous that a 5 stars hotel providing such service! Everything in the hotel was good except the massage center. In case you want massage in the hotel, make sure you have a backup plan cause you never know is your reservation really reserved the service you want.

very bad cs services do not have support when i have issue coming over! do not have other method when it cames to the issue we had!

酒店員工都有禮貌，好笑容，亦樂意幫忙。 唯一希望改善的，是花灑水壓不夠，水温時冷時熱。

洒店非常好，但周邊有點荒模，便利店也沒有 Hotel is good but nothing around hotel .
