thái độ nhân viên lồi lõm khó chịu thấy mà ghét, giải quyết vấn đề của khách hàng mà thái độ khó chịu như không muốn hợp tác cùng phát triển vậy. Nói chung là 1 SAO, không có ưa nổi, không bao giờ quay lại cái khách sạn này.

Khach san đe gio check in sai ma khong xin loi khach hang con thai đo va bat khach đung cho. Bo đi khong ho tro gi. Noi chuyen thi ko đau khong cuoi. Chan that su. Co điem am khong đe minh cho cai cho nao. Am 10 điem.
