房间就4-5m2 很小， 你基本上行李箱都放不下！
被子都不换新, 很脏， 我来的时候 床上面还有头发！房间里面有蟑螂！房间不怎么样 不值得这个价格！不推荐，不会再回来！
The room was only 4-5 square meters, too small that you couldn't even fit a suitcase!
The quilts weren't replaced and were filthy. There were even hairs on the bed when I arrived! There were even cockroaches in the room! The room was terrible and not worth the price! I wouldn't recommend it and won't be back!

Giá phòng rẻ, chỉ 350k-400k, mình đặt hôm lễ 27/4-29/4/2025, giá vậy là quá oke. Vệ sinh phòng tắm dùng chung nhưng rất sạch sẽ thoải mái. Tầng thượng view đường Nguyễn Thái Bình, bảo tàng Mỹ Thuật siêu chill, có sẵn guitar, ghế ngồi. Phòng nhỏ mà đủ 1 người ở. Lần tới đi HCM 1 mình, mình sẽ ủng hộ KS tiếp ^^

Tempatnya bersih, nyaman, hanya saja kamar yang saya pesan terlalu sempit, yang benar-benar hanya kasur, tidak ada space sama sekali. Jadi, saya taruh koper di atas kasur. Jika kalian ingin space, bisa pesan yang ada mejanya, itu ternyata lebih luas sedikit.

Phòng nhỏ gọn nhưng không quá chật chội, phù hợp cho người đi du lịch một người hoặc người đi công việc cần nơi nghỉ và giữ hành lý. Thuận tiện và dễ tìm địa chỉ. Nếu có công việc ở Quận 1 hoặc các Quận lân cận, tôi sẽ trở lại.
