Hotel in good location near Hoan Kiem lake, with plenty of cafe and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast, made to order, better reserve at least 30 min to enjoy due to order taking and cooking time. Beware the main door is locked after midnight

第一次到河內旅遊，四天有兩天住在這兒，第一天房間比較潮濕，第二天跟櫃台反應馬上幫我們升等房間，有問題都會馬上處理。
中間有到下龍灣兩天一夜，服務人員都會幫我們打理好行李。
另外要到峴港時搭早班飛機，早餐我們還幫我送到房間，櫃檯還怕我們被騙幫我們用APP叫車，怕我們錢不夠幫我們算錢、跑去跟司機再次確認。
最後還送我們感謝禮物，很棒的一間飯店，下次再來玩會再來的！
對了，早餐超級好吃！

The worst experience ever... I booked this hotel cause of all the positive comments, but what I get here is nothing but hostility.
The hotel is not helping nor serving, or in better words, not even responding to guests. If this is the way you are running a hotel business, no matter how much invested to create a good public image, this won't help you to make it sustainable.
All the best to anyone gonna make a booking in this hotel.

Let me start by saying that is the service what was the highlight of our experience with La Selva hotel. Everyone was very kind and helpful in more ways that one. Even to the point that they prepared breakfast and a gift for our very early check out. I can't say enough about the wonderful service my wife and I experienced, so cheers to them for that. Room cleanliness was exceptional too. Breakfast was delicious, don't forget to ask for the croissant (very good!). Now about the room itself, it was on the smaller side. In fact, we found Hanoi to be so crowded that most hotels there are. It was nice, simple and clean. Very well located on a nice area of the Old Quarter. I also loved that they help us clean it every day and also gave us complementary fruit and a "good sleep note". Little details that made our experience one to remember. Thanks!

When researching a hotel for my stay in Hanoi, the photos of the reception area captured my attention. Upon arrival I was not disappointed. My room decor echoed the modernistic, quirkiness of the reception area. The young staff was very friendly, and always willing to engage in idle chit-chat, as their English was excellent. I had a most pleasant stay.

Let me start by saying that is the service what was the highlight of our experience with La Selva hotel. Everyone was very kind and helpful in more ways that one. Even to the point that they prepared breakfast and a gift for our very early check out. I can't say enough about the wonderful service my wife and I experienced, so cheers to them for that. Room cleanliness was exceptional too. Breakfast was delicious, don't forget to ask for the croissant (very good!). Now about the room itself, it was on the smaller side. In fact, we found Hanoi to be so crowded that most hotels there are. It was nice, simple and clean. Very well located on a nice area of the Old Quarter. I also loved that they help us clean it every day and also gave us complementary fruit and a "good sleep note". Little details that made our experience one to remember. Thanks!
