Gia đình mình đi nghỉ dưỡng ở đây thì khá là hài lòng nha, thường thì người lớn người ta sẽ rất khó tính, nhưng mẹ và các dì đều thích, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, khuôn viên cây cối nhiều đẹp, nhà hàng sạch sẽ, đồ ăn hợp khẩu vị, riêng cái buffee sáng còn hạn chế món, nhân viên ở đây lịch sự và nhiệt tình

phòng hơi cũ nhưng mọi thứ vẫn ổn. nghe nói là resort có tu sửa năm ngoái. ban đầu mình có nhắn giường King nhưng đến là 2 nệm ghép. do đông nên resort không còn room đổi. Hôm sau nhân viên gọi điện có thiện chí đổi phòng cho mình (thanks ms. An) nhưng do thích ánh sáng phòng hiện tại nên mình ở tiếp và các bạn trải thêm đệm cho mình đỡ bất tiện. Trải nghiệm tốt, nhân viên cực kỳ nice, các tiện ích trong resort tốt, được bảo dưỡng tốt. khách đi lễ rất đông nhưng trải nghiệm ở resort tốt. Bãi biển private, hồ bơi sạch, có thác nước và bể sục khí, ăn sáng được

Ein ganz tolles Hotel! Wirklich ein Traum. Der Strand ist wunderschön in die Anlage eingebettet. Es ist sehr sauber, den ganzen Tag wird hier Laub weggemacht, der Strand aufgeräumt, wenn Gäste die Liegen verlassen. Viele Gärtner. Sehr viel nettes Personal, das einem den Urlaub wunderschön macht. Das Essen könnte etwas vegetarischer sein, aber hier isst man ja sehr fleischlastig, von daher keine Kritik. Würde ich mit 10 Punkten jedem sofort empfehlen. Trotz vieler Zimmer verläuft sich das hier sehr und zwischendurch hat man das Gefühl, dass man hier ganz für sich ist. Stilvoll, schön und das Essen ist sehr lecker.

Room has mosquitos.Hotel staff came to spray Radar insecticide which was in fact harmful to our health. They should provide liquid electric vaporiser.We bought our own but only one piece was available from shop opposite. Bad smell in bath room. Dare not to ask hotel staff to come to improve as there were more mosquitos in bathroom and we afraid mosquitos will fly into bedroom after hotel staff walking in and out our bedroom and bathroom.Our room was too close to sea and waves kept on pounding. Cannot recommend esp tsunami threat! Supervisor at Reception was not reasonable as she asked her subordinate to ask us to pay for loss of umbrella in the hotel restaurant after breakfast on second day.Umbrella was left at entrance of the restaurant as other guests did the same and we did not want to make the floor wet.When we left, there was no more umbrella and we immediately told the Restaurant reception lady and the Reception lady. The Reception lady did understand and helpful but not the Supervisor when we departed from hotel on third day morning. Lastly, room safe was not working. Location of safe was too low and not user friendly.

一开始酒店没有找到我的确认订单号，让我等了好久，好不容易确认后，只能给了一间不太好的房间给我，洗手池下水很慢，空调遥控也没电，隔天我要求换房间，酒店爽快答应了，并帮我把行李搬去新房间，问题解决后住的还是比较满意的。

Sea view is more like garden view. We have to peak through the plants to see a bit of the ocean. Staff tried to accommodate us for sea view but it’s the same the few units we were offered. Beach is smelly from next to a fishing area . Full of garbage next to the hotel beach . Motorbike driving through hotel beach . Resort does has a nice garden. I would not recommend this location .

Liked location and private beach. Bed was very firm, may not suit those used to pillow-top beds. Food at breakfast had good variety, tasty fruits. On site restaurant was okay but its really the view at sunset that sells it as a dining option. Easy walking distance to Fairy Stream 2.5km Buddhist temple is worth a visit

Everything with this resort was perfect.
The room was clean and nice with a great balcony.
There was a lot of guests at the resort, but the resort is so big that you will always fint a spot to relax. They have a big restaurant/lounge area, great pool area, and also a lot of sun beds at the beach. The beach was really nice and clean as well.
And the breakfast was so fresh with a lot to choose from. I really didn’t want to leave this peaceful place.

The location, food available and staff were
fantastic. The pool is nice and pleasant and so was our room (Double Sea-View). Shops and other restarants/bars nearby. It is a perfect hotel to unwind and relax with plenty of loungers available on the private beach.
Võ Bích Thùy, who works in the Waterlily
restaurant, was a great waitress! Her
friendliness and enthusiasm was awesome, and she warned me away from having a raw fish dish one night (I wasn't aware it'd be raw) so is aware that whats suitable for some nationalities may not be okay for others.
There were very few British guests at Hoang Ngoc Resort, and this, for us, was a bonus. It was a very pleasant escape for 9 nights and extremely good value for money.
Although it is a 3.5hr drive, the hotel provides a modern air-conditioned transfer taxi with a safe and experienced driver who collected us and took us back to Saigon for only £60 each way!
The gardens are exceptionally lovingly maintained and a brilliant addition to the Resort. The tropical fish, birds, and butterflies are all lovely and make the morning walk from the rooms to the pool/beach an absolute delight.
All in all it provided great value for money and a wonderful escape from the thriving hustle and bustle of Saigon.

Dette var et veldig meget bra resort😃Fra vi ankom var servicen upåklagelig. Renholdet av rommene ble hele tiden tilpasset oss og nye strand håndduker ble lagt på rommet hver dag. Stranden hadde fine solsenger og ble hver kveld raket opp og gjort klar for neste dag. Bassenget var også veldig bra. Frokosten hadde et bredt utvalg og noe for enhver smak. Totalt sett et fantastisk opphold som anbefales.

There were very few British guests at Hoang Ngoc Resort, and this, for us, was a bonus. It was a very pleasant escape for 9 nights and extremely good value for money.
Although it is a 3.5hr drive, the hotel provides a modern air-conditioned transfer taxi with a safe and experienced driver who collected us and took us back to Saigon for only £60 each way!
The gardens are exceptionally lovingly maintained and a brilliant addition to the Resort. The tropical fish, birds, and butterflies are all lovely and make the morning walk from the rooms to the pool/beach an absolute delight.
All in all it provided great value for money and a wonderful escape from the thriving hustle and bustle of Saigon.

Dette var et veldig meget bra resort😃Fra vi ankom var servicen upåklagelig. Renholdet av rommene ble hele tiden tilpasset oss og nye strand håndduker ble lagt på rommet hver dag. Stranden hadde fine solsenger og ble hver kveld raket opp og gjort klar for neste dag. Bassenget var også veldig bra. Frokosten hadde et bredt utvalg og noe for enhver smak. Totalt sett et fantastisk opphold som anbefales.
