I've stayed in this residence place few times and I believe this is the best service apartment in the city. Apartment is super nice and the manager, Mr. Hoang Kevin, took care of everything even when my schedule was changed. (Thank you, Kevin~) I definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is new, highly secured, located in the best CBD area of HCM. The manager is friendly. When I arrived, it is 11PM and she still waited for me. The mall is next to the apartment where you can find food, coffee, bank, super market, convenient store and etc. It only takes 20 minutes from the new CBD area to old town.

Ruby is a host and very helpful. She went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Took time to show you around.
It’s a newest place in SG. Very modern and convenient. There are many restaurants in the shopping center and a supermarket. Now you can pick up stuffs there if you forgot to pack them.

Beautiful property. Probably the best area to stay at for safety. Cleanliness. And convenience. Host was super nice. Diligent and responsive. There are issues with the logistics but the host was so helpful it was genuinely pleasant experience. He was up at midnight trying to resolve the issue (door lock malfunction).
