bed sheet is not clean with some lipstick mark on it, ask the staff the get us extra towels but staff looks a little bit annoyed, but what is good is that the other staff are still quite helpful as they offer help to us so that we didn't miss our local tour.

I just stayed for one night so it's still okay. Location is good, quite close to the old town. The swimming pool is a bit small. Appreciated there's umbrella provided in the room. I rent a car to My Son and the Front Desk Staff told me we have 2.5 hrs to experience but finally the driver just let us stay 1.5 hrs.

Friendly staff and customer service was satisfactory. However the bed sheets, pillow cases and blanket were dirty and the room had mosquitoes. There was mosquitos net in our room but it was dirty and not confined. So not much help of it. Our room was on the ground floor so it was very close to the breakfast eating area. It was so noisy in the morning that it literally woke us up. Location was okay as we rented a bike so it was quite accessible to other tourist spots.

酒店的位置很好，走路去日本桥15分钟左右。酒店到白玫瑰餐厅也很近，导航过去几百米。顶楼是泳池，早上七点开，晚上九点关。自助早餐也不错，出品种类多，干净！

整體感覺還不錯！這是永興3館，很推薦大家！特別一提....我們於2016.02.12住宿2晚，第一天因門前租腳踏車的先生不在又急於拜訪古鎮，所以走到2館前去租車(2台US$4)車較舊。第二天早上在3館前租車(2台US$3)車較新，重點是當天晚上約10點在古鎮，很奇妙的找不到其中一台的鑰匙，所以就共乘回飯店....接待員很鎮定地處理(當下也不確定需賠償多少才可解決？）後來回房間在背包深處挖到鑰匙，衝到一樓時那位先生已然被電話call來了，最後他去幫我把車弄回，很感謝他囉！出門在外發生些許意外，很需要純真的人協助，這次的越南行誏我發現越南人挺質樸的，我喜歡！：）

地點近古鎮，走大概5分鐘。
員工超好，一下車就已經替我們拿行李。還坐下與我們逐一介紹附近所有的景點，前往方法及所需時間。之後還帶我們上房介紹房間裏的設施，十分齊全，有雨傘、帽、浴衣等。如果他們於早餐差不多完結的時候還未看到我們，還會打電話上來提醒我們，check out時也會預先打電話問我地是否需要車去下一個地方，而坐他們的車的費用是比較便宜的，所以去&離開酒店都可以提早要求坐他們的車，不用被的士司機騙…
而整間酒店，包括房間的裝飾都非常有越南特色，不像其他酒店般千篇一律，所以我下次一定會再住這間酒店!
