I had a great stay here. The location is simply perfect, just a short walk from the bustling Bui Vien Street, yet it's quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Otherwise, it's near a huge bus station, which is very convinience if you want to travel around city. The rooms are clean and tidy, exactly as pictured. The host was nice and always ready to help.

Staf hotel luar biasa baik sekali dan sangat membantu kami. Mereka sudah menghubungi kami beberapa hari sebelum kami check in untuk menanyakan waktu kedatangan kami, mereka memberikan kami beberapa rekomendasi tempat untuk dikunjungi dan restoran/makanan enak di Ho Chi Minh, dan mereka meminjamkan setrika-nya untuk kami. Thank you so much. Lokasi hotel strategis, tepat di simpang jalan. Kamar hotel bersih dan cukup luas.

Homestay ở vị trí dễ tìm, gần trung tâm, không gian phòng ấm cúng, ánh sang tự nhiên tràn ngập. Đặc biệt có gương treo thẳng mgay ngoài vô cùng tiện ích, bên cạnh đó máy sấy tóc sịn sò cũng là điểm cộng. Với nhóm con gái chúng mình những chi tiết đó tuy nhỏ nhưng lại được quan tâm 1 cách tinh tế khiến bọn mình vô cùng hài lòng . Sẽ quay lại khi vào lại Sài Gòn

Rất cần nhắc nếu bạn đặt và ngủ qua đêm vì khách sạn nằm gần Bùi Viện nên RẤT ồn luôn, huhu, tụi mình đc xếp cho một phòng hướng ra đường, phòng ko hề cách âm nên cả đêm tụi phải ráng chịu tiếng nhạc dập, tiếng người nói chuyện, tiếng xe cộ, những âm thanh khác đến mức gần như không thể ngủ, mãi đến 4-5h sáng mới đỡ hơn chút.
Một vài lưu ý thêm:
- Bên dưới home có 1 tiệm thuốc nên hơi dễ nhầm xíu, nhưng tiệm thuốc bán 24h nên cũng tiện nếu bạn muốn mua gì đó.
- Nhìn chung vệ sinh phòng khá sạch sẽ, nhưng trong nhà tắm hơi cũ xíu á

If you are a very picky person, this place is not for you, but if you are looking for a decent but affordable place to stay in Ho Chi Minh district 1, don't hesitate to choose this place. The staff here was very active to check you about your arrival time. They are friendly and kind and can recommend things to do in Ho Chi Minh. The room was spacious and had a lot of cabinets to use for your wardrobes, and the TV has Netflix, which is a plus. Very near to a lot of food shops and party and drink places. I will surely come back to stay here in the future.

Good: Clean, relatively new, easy location, no outside noise in the room despite busy location. Bad: Loud inside noise as guests walking by our room were very loud at all hours, room bright 24x7 as room doors are shaded glass but don't have curtains, the check-in/out and assistance relies on one very helpful and kind but overworked lady which meant finding her and arranging such was time consuming.

Good: Clean, relatively new, easy location, no outside noise in the room despite busy location. Bad: Loud inside noise as guests walking by our room were very loud at all hours, room bright 24x7 as room doors are shaded glass but don't have curtains, the check-in/out and assistance relies on one very helpful and kind but overworked lady which meant finding her and arranging such was time consuming.
