Deposit VND 1,000,000 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Following Vietnam’s Government Law, all staying guests are required to present upon check-in a valid identification card with photo (citizen identity card, passport, permanent resident card or temporary resident card (if customer is a foreigner), or other personal identification papers with photo issued by competent authorities of Vietnam.
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy. Connecting/adjoining rooms may be available, subject to availability. Guests can request connecting/adjoining rooms by contacting the property directly using the contact information on the booking confirmation. No pets are allowed at the hotel.
Guest will be required to pay room deposit upon check-in covering the entire stay as well as incidental deposit to cover miscellaneous expense. Any unexpended amount will be refunded at check-out.
Hotel provides to all in-house guests complimentary shuttle drop-off service from hotel to famous attractions in Ho Chi Minh City on various timings. Kindly note the shuttle service capacity is limited therefore advance reservation is required.

Although not providing the hot water in the third morning I stayed 4 days and the maintenance staff took also one hours but not solve the issue.
Then, the service guys from front desk was very nice, but brought me to the other 2 rooms to check if the hot water is ok for me. Finally, they found the room with hot water for me, but had passed 1.5 hours. I have to cancel the meeting with the customer.
Hope the reaction of the hotel can be faster and efficient.
Others experience are really good. I will still choice this hotel for my next trip.
Family trip is also a nice choice to stay this hotel.

房間沒得挑剔，入住的時候有提供20%的餐飲優惠，推薦一定要去吃他們的龍蝦吃到飽自助餐，龍蝦和螃蟹吃到飽之外，還有非常多元的餐點。每一種餐點都非常精緻，甜點尤其讓人驚豔。入住時有贈送lounge 的飲料券，真的很不錯。

Everything looks fine - The room is spacious, the staff are friendly helpful with efficient services, the buffet breakfast & dinner have lots of food choices, it’s really a good value of price.
The location is a bit far away from the sight seeing spots, but the hotel provides the shuttle for the convenient transit which is well liked by us.
