Saya menginap 3 malam di hotel ini. Kesan pertama melihat lobby hotelnya,terasa nyaman,bersih. Saat masuk ke kamar,kami diberikan kamar yang sesuai dengan permintaan,yaitu view danau/laut. Kamar tidurnya bersih,hanya kamar mandi yang kurang bersih. Hari kedua,kamar memang kelihatannya dibersihkan,tapi ternyata setelah kami angkat bedcovernya,kasur tidak dibersihkan. Hanya ditata ulang saja bedcovernya. Begitu pula dengan gelas",tidak ada yang mereka cuci. Jadi tamu yang tinggal di hotel ini harus mencuci sendiri gelas mereka ya. Untuk breakfast hari pertama sangat menyedihkan. Kami breakfast jam 8,tetapi rata" makanan sudah habis,tidak ditambah sama pihak hotel. Hari kedua,kami diberikan breakfast ala carte,dengan alasan jumlah tamu hotel hanya sedikit. Hal yang tidak saya suka adalah pihak hotel hendak memindahkan kami ke hotel lain pada hari ketiga,karena mereka menerima rombongan tamu lain dan kekurangan kamar. Tentu saja saya langsung menolak,karena saya sudah memesan 3 malam. Sayang sekali pelayanan di hotel ini sangat kurang,padahal lokasinya sangat strategis.
