This was such a great hotel, me and my mom enjoyed our stay so much! The hotel was right beside the beach, you can walk right out to the beach, which was so lovely. The pool was beautiful, there was even a slide! (but only for kids, so definitely a plus if you're traveling with kids). Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The staff and the service are amazing, everyone was so helpful, made our stay super easy. It's not too far from everything, yet quiet because it's not in the city centre, so we were able to have restful nights after our day trips.

We are ok with overall performance but didn’t feel comfortable. The good thing is environment and sea view are really amazing that could make you feel better!

My stay at the hotel wasn’t the best experience. There were leakage in my 2 bedroom residence room and the whole floor was wet. They didn’t come to clean until one hour after, but they did provided us a fruit basket later. Also, my friend came to visit from China joined us and booked another room. When they went to check in, the front desk
Officer (a guy with glasses) talked rudely to them because they didn’t understand English. I joined the conversation helped my friend translate and he gave me a very pissed off face. I guess he was a little bit against chinese? Never experienced this kind of front desk service at a Hyatt before. Except for that, the hotel itself is pretty good place for a staycation since they have the gym, couple of pools, and beach access.
