Everything is perfect in the hotel but there are roosters outside, so I woke up at 4-5 a. M. And couldn't sleep anymore.

They advertise themselves as a 3-star hotel, but the service was worse than a cheap motel. There was no standard in their operation. The receptionist, manager, or whoever he was because they only had one employee, was rude to me. I rented a bike to explore the city, but when I returned to the 'hotel' they said they didn't have a parking lot and would not be responsible for the loss of my rental bike. That, in my opinion, was an absolutely unacceptable response for a hospitality company. In addition, related to an hygiene issues. During the entire week I stayed at the hotel, the house keeping never changed my bed sheets. Attempt at your own risk. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Khách sạn rất đẹp nhưng xuống cấp quá nhiều, không tương xứng với 3.5 sao. Vật dụng nhà tắm cho hẳn 3 chai dầu xả mà không có sữa tắm hay dầu gội. Ngày cuối trả phòng thì mất nước, nhà hàng trên sân thượng thì đóng cửa không hoạt động
