Excellent customer services from every department. Beautiful design of the complex and each room. Swimming pool designs are breathtaking. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections are endless and delicious. I left my very expensive reading glasses behind for 3 days and they still had it when I rang back. Now that’s impressive. We stayed in this hotel twice already and will not stay anywhere else in Hoi An other than this.

Unbelievable stay once again ! U won’t get better in Hoi an !! It’s a little oasis in the busy town !! As returning guests we got an upgrade again and Chloe who checked us in was fantastic ! Make sure u book a suite so u can have breakfast in the less busy temple restaurant … food selection was outstanding and all the staff are friendly and attentive… nothing to fault again !!!

The hotel itself is fine. We didn't get off to a good start when our first meal on arrival was not very good. The fridge in our room was not very cold. All our other meals were fine and we were able to get an ice bucket to remedy the not so cold fridge. The one big problem I had at the resort was the staff. They have obviously been trained to engage with guests and check that everything is ok. The conversation would then progress to what your plans were and the weather. It went on forever.
This is lovely until it reaches the point that you are constantly interrupted and hassled incessantly. It was over the top. The resorts training needs to include when to back off and stop annoying the guest and let them have a holiday!

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member—from the front desk to the spa therapists and dining team—was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Always smiling, always acknowledging, they made me feel seen and valued throughout my stay.
The food was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and made with locally sourced ingredients. It’s something I deeply appreciate and wholeheartedly support. Every bite reflected care and quality.
I treated myself to two long massages, and both were among the best I’ve ever had—expertly delivered in an immaculate, peaceful space. The spa staff had a true gift for healing and relaxation.

I would recommend & return to this resort , infact my daughter is returning next week with her partner as she was so impressed , & has cancelled her other hotel booking .
La Siesta Resort offer a complimentary shuttle bus service in to town & to the beach where they have a beach club , the beach was a tropical paradise & we had lovely lunch at their restaurant, we also made use of the complimentary sun beds

The staff will treat you like royalty and you are a motorcycle ride away from the heart of Hoi An.
This property has the best spa in Hoi an and offers 4 pools to relax at! They also have great relationships with local tailors if you are coming in for custom clothing.
Everything about this property is worth a visit and stay here. I’m planning to return to Hoi An and I will be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at La Siesta Hoi A resort for two nights with two adults and two children ( 11 and 13 years old ). Our room was two stories and plenty of space for us. Room was very clean and pretty. We had dinner and breakfast at hotel restaurant. Staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. Food was wonderful. Especially we liked breakfast. Breakfast is buffet style and but also we can order food such as French toast, pancake, egg Benedict, local Vietnam food at the table. There were many fresh juice and nice coffee. I loved iced coconut coffee.
I had body massage at La Spa at this hotel and that was awesome. My children enjoyed swimming in the pool and adults enjoyed happy hour time ( Vietnam beer) at the pool side.
All staff at this hotel were very polite, kind, helpful and friendly. When we leave from this hotel, we missed them a lot.
Thank you for lovely time and we really want to come back here sometimes.
