It’s nearly perfect!! I went travelling alone in Hanoi and I stayed in this hotel for five days. The room is very tidy and clean. I felt really comfortable. And the most important thing is that, it was so quiet at night, I slept well every night. The staff are so nice and friendly. They help a lot and provide useful information. There is one thing need to be improved: breakfast. Sometimes it is a little bit cold for the food. But all in all, it’s just a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I am sure I will stay here next time if I travel Hanoi!

入住當天到了飯店門口竟然大門深鎖，我只好帶著家人到隔壁飯店詢問，隔壁飯店很熱心請我們稍後，他幫我們聯絡該飯店經理。等了一會兒，終於跟飯店經理通上電話，經理說因為飯店熱水管破裂無法營業，希望我們暫住隔壁飯店，他願意支付一切額外費用。
我非常不滿意的原因有二：
1. 飯店無法營業卻未第一時間通知，如果不是我們主動到隔壁飯店詢問，可能就被放鴿子在飯店門口了。
2. 我們訂的是一大床一小床的三人房型，但後來在隔壁飯店入住的卻是一大床的房型，還要臨時加床。飯店經理說願意支付一切額外費用，但實際入住的房價或許比我們預定的還便宜。

A fantastic place to stay! The hotel is right in the heart of the old district and close to the sights we wanted to view, the room was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Helen in particular went of her way to not only greet us warmly but enquired about our plans (we didn't really have any) and not only put together an itinerary but also linked me on WhatsApp in case we had any issues or questions (plenty of questions, always quickly and politely answered in detail). Outstanding service, will definitely stay again. :)

Excellent location and very quiet considering how close it is to the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter! Rooms are basic and a little dated, but comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast, while basic, is sufficient to get your travel day started!

Hotel bien situé dans une ruelle un peu en retrait des axes tres bruyants au cieur de la vieille ville
Passé le hall, les chambres sont un peu vétustes.
Le personnel est a l'écoute et plutôt prévenant.
Au final, l'hôtel fair le job et le rapport qualité/prix est bin.

We liked our stay for two nigths .. Everything worked well.. it have elevator which most of the others doesnt have it.. Hot water really good it was cold outside.. the unit was really clean . i booked it last minute and our room was small .Book it in advance others room are bigger . Since the moment we arrived Helen with her great custumer services take care everything for us. explained every tips for the town area .Thanks Helen
